Free Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV – Satellite TV “SKY”, cleaning upon arrival and departure, plus an additional cleaning with a change of sheets for stays longer than 8 nights.

For stays of less than 8 nights, intermediate cleaning is not included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one weekly cleaning is provided during your stay with a change of sheets, but without a change of towels.

Additional conditions:

~ Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon arrival and departure. Only the consumption in kilowatts will be charged, at the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), payable in cash upon departure.
~ Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the maintenance of the property, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the condition of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged item will be charged in cash at the time of check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

Bringing speakers and playing loud music is strictly prohibited. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
