Great location near Notre Dame. Very close to a good grocery store and a short drive to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The condominium was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Walking distance from Notre Dame so the location was great. Quick response from the property manager. Nice new appliances. We would stay here again!

Large Apartment

We were very happy with the size of this property. Stayed for two nights with two teenagers and there was plenty of room. Nice location to Notre Dame stadium and walkable.

Good location for where we wanted to be. Clean space. Front door was a bit sticky so hard to open. Could have used a few more towels in upstairs bathroom. Overall worked well.

Clean & Spacious Condo Steps from ND

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. It was clean, modern, spacious and well-appointed. You can’t get closer to Notre Dame. One note to prepare for, washcloths were not provided.

We stayed 2 nights for a quick visit to Notre Dame for a basketball game and to visit with former ND roommates. The campus is a quick, easy walk from the condo. The space was clean and well-maintained, although the sink in the primary bedroom is getting old and worn-looking. Beds were comfortable and the loft worked well for our family. After the game, we all went back and played euchre around the kitchen table. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Convenient property

We were in town with my son for a wedding at Notre Dame. Property was very convenient for all weekend activities. Would also be a great place to stay if you’re in town for a football game as it’s within walking distance to the stadium. Easy check-in and communication with the owner.

Visiting Notre Dame

Excellent property in a great location at the edge of ND's campus, allowing easy walks to the bookstore, the basilica and other buildings. Very quiet setting within a few minutes of grocery store and several restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great location and indoor space!

The owner was very helpful allowing us to check in a little early. Unfortunately, the internet never worked and was never resolved for the whole stay. Overall, place is great and in a perfect location for ND events.
