We were looking for a place to stay that was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Kickin It Up fit the bill nicely. The small but complete kitchen was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and had a nice market within a 3 minute walk for most all you needs.

Smaller than we imagined

The listing is accurate with its sq footage, but we weren’t prepared for the close quarters. The bathroom was so tiny, and moving around in the small house was tricky, and even trickier once the pullout sofa was out. Felt like we had to kind of shimmy around everyone and everything. Usually we don’t mind much, and we’re not inside too often anyway, but I would say four people is a stretch for this unit. It would be better off listed for two, and perhaps if the bedroom walls were down, it could be a better ‘one room studio’ and feel a bit more spacious. Definitely a bit run down overall, and cleanliness was a bit lacking, but it served its purpose as a last minute holiday weekend getaway for our family of four. It was close to the beach and other beaches as well. The price was lower than all the other options too, obviously. We still had a nice time because the weather was fantastic for hiking and beaching!

Trip to the Oregon coast

nice accommodations for day hiking along the coast. clean, comfortable and close to many wonderful hiking trails. It was great to have a full kitchen for meal prepping.

Nice clean place to stay in Netarts

Went to Netarts to do some crabbing and this was a perfect place to stay. Economical, clean, easy check in, good facilities and close to everything. Will be back.

Well priced, good location, nice amenities, but could've been quite a bit cleaner. The size of the bathroom was challenging. Overall adequate.

Excellent location while working in Tillamook

This is my 2nd time staying in the same unit. I really appreciate the full size appliances in the newly remodeled kitchen. I had to extend my stay, due to weather, and the process was just one phone call. I'll be staying there every 3 months for 5 to 7 day at a time.

Coffee shop right around the corner. Specific place to walk dog with pick up bags. Close to beach.

Prefect little place with kitchen

I stayed 3 nights with my 2 young kids. We used the a lot. It was clean and had almost everything you would need to cook simple meals (needed pot holders for the oven). The hide a bed was foam and more comfortable than the one in the bedroom to us. Both rooms were clean and cozy. The TV and wifi worked great. The bathroom toilet was dirty and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned, but some cleaning wipes fixed it right up. There is a very strong odor coming from the bathroom sink, like a full septic tank maybe. Otherwise the room and linens were nice and clean. The landscaping is nice, and there is a wonderful beach access point a 5 minute walk down the road. Also local shops and bigger beach access points and yummy restaurants a very short drive away. I would definitely stay here again for the price. Thank you!

It was a decent stay. Although I only.stayed 1 night it was nice to have a full kitchen. The bathroom was VERY tight. Water took awhile to get hot. It did feel alittle cramped . It appears they intent 4 people to stay based off the pullout couch and table. Which was overkill for this small space. Overall I was pretty happy. I would probably come back.

Lovely evening

This was a very cozy stay! Quiet and clean, well apportioned for a short stay. Had trouble using the TV (instructions did not seem to work for us) so that was disappointing it otherwise, very comfortable and as described!
