Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront residence at Shipwatch. The Shipwatch community is located oceanfront on St. Simons Island on a desirable stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch has been a favorite family destination for many years. And with just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community for weekend getaways or a comfortable snowbird destination during coastal Georgia’s mild winter months.
Community amenities include private boardwalk access to the beach, swimming pool, large grass lawn and outdoor grills.
Each vacation rental residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area and a private balcony. Shipwatch #302 is located on the top floor with a partial ocean view. This residence features hardwood floors in the living, dining and kitchen areas, carpet in both bedrooms and tile floors in the baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops plus additional cabinets installed for increased storage. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen televisions with cable and the guest bedroom features a standard television with a dvd player only, no cable. All three areas have ceiling fans for comfort. The master bath has been upgraded with a glass enclosed, tiled walk-in shower with seat.
Shipwatch 302 also has it's own dedicated internet line for its guest convenience.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”
