This Location was perfect for me

The location and size was perfect, Close to the bay and I had my kayak, and close to the beach and shopping. BJs was directly across if you wanted to go out to eat nearby.

Loud inside noise, unsafe deck,excel loc

They have 2 sof and chair now, I have stayed here many times because I love location, but inside will make you deaf (a/c) (fans)and outside the deck is totally unsafe, I brought deck chairs, but wood is unsafe and I am not picky.

Sadly went horrible, the house isn’t the house they show there’s no access to a hammock. There’s no laundry room availability half the sockets didn’t work, out front on the deck was broken floorboard. And the communication is poor.
Broken floorboard the whole thing pops up could hit someone or someone fall through.
Hole in the floor covered by a carpet nailed to the floor.

Convenient location

Not very modern and the TV didn’t work. The network and password provided were incorrect and when we called on the first the first night, ended up spending two hour on the phone with no resolution. Was told someone would come the next day and nobody did. Was a bit disappointed in how things were handled.

False advertisement- lots of damage

This property was not advertised to accuracy. The property had a hole in the floor it had a hole in the closet the refrigerator shelves were broken the dishwasher buttons were coming off the Wi-Fi password that I was given did not work and I had to call three times just to get a hold of someone who could give me the correct password. In the room with the bunkbeds there was wood underneath of the bunkbed that had exposed nails and there was one small AC unit for the entire place so if you had to close the bedroom doors they would get really hot in the rooms there was nowhere for them to receive air . The location was great and the views were nice but once again it was advertised with chairs and there were not any. The Hammock that is advertised is completely shredded and cannot be used. And I was simply not satisfied with the price that I paid for this place that I did not get what was advertised in the pictures. This house is way over priced.

Thank you for your feedback. The owners will be making some improvements to the property during the off season. The hammock will be removed from the listing for the time being. The hole has been repaired, and there are no exposed nails. The shelves for the refrigerator have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they arrive. The dishwasher is working well. Quiet, small, and convenient location

Located on a dead end, walking distance to beach, and quiet. Needs and can use some upgrading, wifi sucks you basically go without it and can't watch TV as it depends on it, no pull out couch as description says, only 1 small chair not 2 bar stool chairs to sit and eat, and unable to communicate with someone right away if any issues.

The homeowner has recently made some changes to the home; we have updated the listing to reflect there is no longer a sofa bed, and photos will be updated once all changes are complete. Small, Charming House Just Right for a Small Family

This house was the perfect setup for us, with two young kids. We loved that we didn't need to worry about stairs inside or other potential hazards for our 1.5 year old. We would have loved if there were chairs on the porch, so we could enjoy the scenic view of the bay. The house itself had some small issues -- the internet did not work, and the dishwasher leaked all over the floor.

Bay side-Not good amenities

The WiFi signal was not good. My devices nor the tv could connect for most of my trip. The master bedroom had no heat and got very cold at night. Other than that it was clean and in a very good and convenient location.

Cottage

For a weekend trip, this was the perfect place to stay. However, some time/money needs to be put into this place. The beds are very uncomfortable, there are drywall patches all over that need to be finished, there are some soft spots on the floors, the fridge shelve are broken, the shower needs replaced and no chairs (as advertised) on the deck. Overall it is a very cute place, just needs some TLC.

Nothing like the website.

Rot on the floor, TV didn’t work, bathroom vent and shower curtain were filthy, the couch was a squeaky bunch of nasty, bed wasn’t much better And no place to sit on the deck except the steps. Wasn’t anything like what was advertised on the website.

Great Location - Cute Little Cottage

Sitting on the deck in the morning and drinking my coffee was great. Pictures of Washer Dryer that I could not see anywhere-sad but... fine used the new laundromat on 50. Advertised internet that information they sent was inaccurate and was told by contact number it changed owners and they did not have the correct information for internet and there was no response from new owner.. they never called me back with good info. I wanted to do some internet work in the evening so I was extremely disappointed by that. Floor had wood rot under new flooring so you had to walk carefully as you stepped in the door and the bathroom floor felt like it would give totally away between the toilet and the tub. Otherwise the size was perfect for me and I spend more time out than in so I loved it, it was clean. fridge was old but kept the food cold. Loved the Location right by the bay and kayaked, plus BJ s across the street is a nice place to eat. I would do it again in a heartbeat but not plan on internet or washer dryer, and hope the floor does not give way.

Ok place.

The place was not like pictured on the web site. Older than my impression from pics. Bathroom, to me, needs to be updated for the price they are asking. And, unfortunately we had bad noise incidents twice on the first night. There are beat up old houses/beach houses in the same area. Beach is only a few min walk away, and we enjoyed the beach it self though. Out door hot/cold shower was very nice option. That’s the reason I gave 3 stars.

Beach cottage

We initially had some issues when we arrived and was very upset, however after being put in touch with the property manager he went and made wonderful accommodations and made our stay so wonderful. It’s important to contact the right people and ask them to take care if you and they did. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our long weekend very enjoyable! 😊

Beach Cottage Review

We ended up being very happy here and the location was perfect! We had some issues our first day there but once we were incontact with the property manager he met our needs and we ended up being very, very pleased with their service.
