The house was in a very convenient location and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything one needs to cook (i.e. dishes, pots, pans, knives, glasses, mugs, etc.) However, we had two "smaller" issues while we were there. One, was not their fault - the first night the sewage backed up into the house and the toilets were unusable. It turned out to be a city issue not a house issue. Jessica, the property manager, did deal with it quickly and had the maid come clean the bathrooms for us. The other issue we had was that the trash cans when we were arrived on Saturday were completely full and trash day was supposed to be Saturday and Tuesday. Not sure why it wasn't taken on Saturday, but by Tuesday we had nowhere to put our trash. Also the recycle bin had items in it that they city would not consider "recyclable" so we had to rummage through the recycle bin to fill the regular trash bins up even more. Something that should have been taken care of before we arrived on Saturday and not something we should have to deal with. Especially since check-in wasn't until 4:00pm.
Other than those two minor issues, we had a great time. The house was decorated nice, the beds were great, and it was very convenient for coming in and out with our boat from both the Atlantic side and the Gulf side.
