Beautiful spot

We loved our stay on Lake Arrowhead! The house was serene, million dollar views and represented well in photos online. Walmart grocery delivery was great. Deer galore! My family's first lake vacation and we would love to do it again. Hosts were lovely, highly accessible and very accommodating. Thanks for wonderful memories!

Excellent lake house

Property was great, easy access to lake. Perfect dock for fishing. Paddle boards and kayaks and even a small John boat are all provided! It’s deep enough to jump off dock and swim! The hot tub is a nice perk to relax in as well. Ping pong and foosball were definitely a hit (for my husband and teen boys. Overall, beautiful place I highly recommend. We will probably be back again!

Beautiful house and view

Gate tenants were nice, driving through the neighborhood in winding and hilly, plus tons of deer which is amazing! Showers had dead bugs in them and outside stuff was very dirty(to be excepted when things are outside). Pull out cot is great for toddlers, so “sleeps” 7 adults and one kiddo. House is absolutely beautiful, quiet neighborhood, view is amazing!

5 Sisters Getaway

This is a beautiful setting for getting away and just relaxing. Lake Arrowhead is a gorgeous area. We were able enjoy our surroundings and each other immensely which we found was mostly done on the screened-in porch facing the lake. An idyllic setting for sure.

If you are looking for a gorgeous lake house, you’ve found it. Nestled in the GA mountains, just an hour north of Atlanta, this two story, 3 bed, 3.5 bath home is directly on Lake Arrowhead in Waleska, GA, in a private gated community. We enjoyed many days and happy hours on our private dock with kayaks, rafts, paddle board inc pool noodles! Enjoy the hot tub after all of the lake fun. We even rented a pontoon boat for a few hours to explore the beautiful lake!l You can enjoy foosball, ping pong and a dedicated TV just for the kids electronic gaming! The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, microwave, two different types of coffee makers, and had all of the equipment we needed for meal prep. You don’t need to pack much because there is a washer/drier! On site golf, swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, hiking and biking trails. We explored nearby Canton, Woodstock and Ball Ground with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Owners are very responsive! Example…. Upon our arrival, a bad storm blew in, knocking out the power overnight. Luckily, this house has a generator, so we had a full kitchen and AC for the duration of the power outage. We called the owner and they patiently walked us through everything and checked in multiple times throughout the week. Highly recommend!! We had a wonderful week!

Lovely Lake House

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for Christmas holiday. Quiet, plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice large decks, beautiful views of the lake, convenient to Canton. Host was easy to reach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Two families from south Louisiana with two 17 yr old boys …. Our stay was wonderful , breathing taking views, we spent a lot time enjoying the lake while enjoying the many things to do in Atlanta . We enjoy many restaurants in local area well.

Wonderful Stay

Highest ratings across the board. The house was absolutely wonderful - clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and right on the lake. There were kayaks, a paddle board, and other water items included along with a great dock with amazing views. Great communication with the owners! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful lake view and comfortable home!

We loved our time at Bonnie and Alex’s home! The lake view is beautiful and had so much fun fishing right from the dock. The weather was still a bit chilly so we didn’t take out the kayaks or paddleboard but hope to do so on our next stay here.

Labor Day

This is our second year in a row renting this house, and we have enjoyed it both times. It’s a beautiful spot on the lake, you get to enjoy calm waters, kayaks, as well as swimming. Second Year In a Row

Our family loved our stay at this property last year so much that we reserved another vacation this year. Communication from the owners has always been great. The dock and lake are very serene. Numerous porch swings with wonderful views. Our family hasn’t looked anywhere else on Lake Arrowhead to stay.

Amazing view

So many positives with this home! The view of the lake is stunning. Accessing the dock was easy and well lit in the evening. The home is very clean and the owner was quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is outdated but it’s okay because of the view while in the kitchen. We would absolutely stay again!

We didn't want to go back home!

A little piece of heaven

Everything about this experience was beautiful. The family memories we made are priceless; home-cooked dinners, kayaking, swimming, playing games and just enjoying each other's company in the most beautiful setting. We couldn't believe a mountain-lake gated community with a population of 900 existed in such a busy world. It's a place we'd go back to. The host Bonnie was so responsive, helpful, and kind.

For several years both families enjoyed all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer, but in 2019, we bought our friends out and decided to share what we have with others who appreciate the outdoors in such a relaxing setting. Our home is in a remote location and yet still within driving distance of a major city. We know you will have a wonderful time!
