TV, wifi and fully equipped kitchen. The property is located between the mountains and the lake and only 5 minutes by car from Lake Geneva for swimming and Bernex / Thollon ski resorts. Portes des Soleil accessible resorts. Available all year round for walking, skiing, beach holidays. Close to Evian Les Bains and Thonon Les Bains.

Perfect location for a relaxing mountain retreat

The Adventure House is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The house is exceptionally well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. We spent a very pleasant week exploring the area - biking at Bernex, walking in the mountains and swimming in Lac Léman. Jo was very quick to respond to any queries that we had during our stay. We would definitely like to return - possibly in the winter to check out the local skiing or as a base for skiing in the Abondance valley / Portes du Soleil.

Leider hat die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. In der Küche mussten wir erst mal Geschirr spülen und Schränke auswaschen, das Besteck lag zum Teil mit Essensspuren in den Schubladen . Die Bäder waren auch nicjt sauber. Duschen ohne Schuhe war nicht möglich.

La maison est bien située on est proche des station de ski, des chemin de randonnée.La maison est très bien équipée avec un extérieure clos qui est super quand on a un chien.Les photos correspondent très bien au logement pas de mauvaise surprise.Je recommande cette location

Maison agréable et propre mais certains équipements ne fonctionnaient pas bien, et panne d’eau chaude au milieu du séjour réparé au bout de 48h. Mobilier extérieur insuffisant pour une location d’été. Tarif globalement très cher pour la prestation

Sauberkeit und Komfort mangelhaft

Ein klebriger Küchentisch, eine vergammelte Zigarette und ein heruntergekommener Freisitzwaren lediglich der Anfang, ich möchte nicht weiter langweilen. Der Komfort hält sich in Grenzen, z.B. wäre eine Ablage im "Bad" schön. Wo der beschriebene Whirlpool war bleibt ein Geheimnis. Die halsbrecherischen Stiegen, auf denen man wegen der drei Stockwerke dauernd unterwegs ist, sind auch nicht jedermanns Sache.

Très agréable séjour dans un logement chaleureux, très bien aménagé...bien pratique les 2 salles de bains.. ...super équipé il ne manque rien ... dans un endroit calme avec une petite vue sur le lac. Tres jolie région .

Grand chalet au calme, confortable et chaleureux. Bien placé pour les randonnées dans les villes alentour Proche de la belle ville d'Evian J'avais peur, mais le clic-clac est confortable Très appréciable les 2 salles de bain et WC Malgré les lampes dans le salon, ça manque un peu de lumière Nous n'avons pas utilisé le poêle car il n'y avait que 2 bûches et non 4 ou 5 comme prévu. Mais merci pour la bouteille de vin. Pas de sèche-linge. Je pense que le propriétaire veut dire étendoir à linge. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Nice interior (mix old and local) , beautiful location, Joanne gives you a warm welcome.

We had a nice stay in the cold weather with lots of snow. Joanne was very welcoming. The interior was really nice and clean. The environment is beautifull. Nice old village in the mountains. When cloudless beautiful vieuw on the Lac Leman. Walks strait from the house.

Très belle location au calme

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 4 personnes dans cette charmante maison décorée avec goût. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le lit XL dans la chambre parentale est un plus La vue sur le lac est splendide ( en tout cas l'hiver lorsque les arbres n'ont pas de feuilles ) La situation est près de tout ( super U à Vinzier et à quelques minutes de la station de ski à Bernex ) Il ne manque rien, la cuisine moderne est complète et pratique Merci à Jo pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité par mail Nous reviendrons sûrement l'année prochaine si la location est dispo ;)
