Great place, great location

Fantastic place right near the beach. Exactly as shown in the listing and everything was easy. Two very nice outdoor spaces (you can hear the ocean at night!). Our family had a great stay. Thanks!

Fantastic family friendly location

We had a wonderful week in this charming house. Perfect size. The two decks were well used all week and the location to the beach can't be beat. Excellent communication with the owner too. We loved this house and would definitely stay again!

Great family memories

This was our first family vacation with our two toddlers. Dana was the perfect host and the house exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as advertised and the walk to the beach was actually shorter than I expected. Each night my husband and I enjoyed a beverage outside on the top level after the kids went to sleep- the view of the bay during sunset was beautiful. This was a very memorable vacation and we’d happily stay again.

A Lovely Week on LBI

Super clean and well equipped. Walk just a couple of blocks to both the beach and the bay, and an easy drive to almost everything else. Very easy check in/check out and Dana was a pleasure to know.

Wonderful location- close beach proximity

The location and deck were the highlights of the property. We enjoyed barbecuing on the larger deck and ate outside most evenings. Dana, the owner, was very prompt to reply to my minor inquiries on text and was eager to assist.

LBI Hangout

We all really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was close to the beach, the two decks were fun to hang out on, and everything you would need is provided. Dana was great and really responsive, even though we didn’t need anything during the week. We are looking forward to renting the house again next year.

Great location and great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is close to the beach and the Bay. It's centrally located and easy access the bay, the ocean, restaurants, and other activities. The house is well equipped and the rooms are big and comfortable. Dana also made sure the house had things like soap, hand towels, and the small things that are easy to forget when packing!

Another great family vacation at LBI!

The two decks on this house are spectacular! Nothing better than dinners outside and then watching the sunset. Very comfortable house, beautiful beach… not crowded.

Prime location to beach and beatuful views

We had a great week staying here. The roof deck was a huge added bonus providing a nice relaxing getaway with beautiful views. The location to the beach was perfect - providing us the ability to return to the house as needed throughout the day, with little kids who needed a break.

Clean, friendly & responsive, great location

Dana was extremely nice and responsive. The house is exactly as listed; clean, short walk to the beach, plenty of parking. Both of the decks are great to hangout and relax on, especially the rooftop deck.
