We loved everything. The location was very quiet, and there was covered parking, a pleasant outdoor pool, and a small indoor pool. The house is very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the barbecue right next to the outdoor table. We could access the pool and the complex's indoor areas directly from the terrace. Elisabete, who welcomed us, was fantastic and incredibly cheerful.

Nice stay in Santa luzia

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is convenient, the apartment is well-equipped, the host was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay.

Relaxing and flawless

Everything from the reception to the actual appartement was excellent. Both me and my daughter appreciated the calm pool during the heat wave. I chatted a bit with some neighbors, all friendly. Really a nice vibe in the whole village.

Rent apartment

Great apartment, nice rooms, full equipment in kitchen, easy to rent and very flexibal both with check-in and check-out. Would warmly recommend to rent from Filipe. The hostess Elisabeth was very helpfull and wonderful.

30 Days in Santa Luzia

Our experience renting this property was excellent. The location was a short walk to the Main Street. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The building had a lift with clean and convenient underground parking. We found the wifi weak and inconsistent but the property manager dealt with the issue and the owner had the router replaced. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

It felt like coming home in a foreign country. The host, Elizabet, and her husband were terrific and real life savers. The apartment was easy to navigate and use. The location being a block off the main drive was a perfect location from which to start exploring. After a busy day of sightseeing or at the beach, it was great to relax on the deck and take a dip in the pool. Many markets available nearby if you wanted to cook at home and many suitable restaurants within walking distance. Most enjoyable. We will return as soon as we can!!

Eastern algarve

From start to finish everything about this apartment was perfect. Bete met me earlier than necessary to give me keys and tour of apartment. This was definitely a home from home with everything I could possibly need for a holiday stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of using this apartment to go for it !!! I myself will most certainly use it again the next time I’m going to eastern Algarve. Allison Elliott

Noisy

Checked out early. Unable to sleep. On weekends in particular those in unit above us up all hours of the night, children out of control, music late into the night. Apartment was very nice and well kept but garbage container outside directly in front of our bedroom was emptied each night approximat3ly 1230. Host was very accommodating but unable to control noise factor as it was out of her control. Total lack of consideration on a continuous basis by upstairs occupant.

Appartement spacieux, disposant de tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour (cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, lave linge...). La piscine extérieure est agréable, et des bains de soleil étaient disponibles alors que nous étions en pleine période estivale (pas de sur fréquentation). L'hôte était très gentil, l'entrée et la sortie se sont très bien déroulés.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr groß Küche wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet; Geschirrspüler und WaschmaschinePool groß und angenehm warm, unser Sohn hatte großen Spaß :) Das einzige was wir etwas störend fanden ist die Hellhörigkeit im Apartment... teilweise sehr laut nachts (dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts)... Ansonsten kann man das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen Kontakt mit Bete sehr gut, danke dafür :)

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist geräumig, sehr sauber und umfangreich ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage in Santa Luzia, einem kleinen hübschen Fischerort mit Charme. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist auch Elizabeth, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt hat. Sie stand uns auch für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für den schönen Urlaub :-)

Positiv: Geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gepflegte Anlage und Pool Bereich, Nähe zu den Restaurants und zur Fähre.Nachteile: Müllabfuhr gegen 2:00 nachts sehr laut, teilweise laute Nachbarschaft (Party und laute Musik auf dem Balkon) ist auch am Pool deutlich zu hören

Apesar de não ter apanhado bom tempo, conseguimos usufruir da piscina interior e do espaço exterior sempre que não chovia.A casa tem tudo, mas mesmo tudo o que é preciso para umas férias descansadas.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Schöne großzügige Räumlichkeiten, sehr gute Klimatisierung, freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Elisabete, super Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage mit direkten Zugang zur Wohnung, sehr schöner Pool, ideal für die beiden Kinder (10+11 Jahre). Störend allerdings die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung sowie fehlende Dinge in der Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Wischtücher, Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler, fehlende Batterien für den Safe, u.ä. Das Umfeld war herrlich mit wunderschönen Stränden und sehenswerten Städten (z.B. Tavira) mit reichhaltigem Cafe- und Restaurantangebot. Leider konnte man Abends aufgrund der vielen Mücken kaum noch draußen sitzen.

Estadia perfeita

Ficamos alojados nesta casa durante o mês de Agosto. O condomínio é super sossegado e a piscina ótima para os miúdos. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Elisabete que esteve sempre disponível durante a nossa estadia. Recomendo este alojamento
