Great family location

We stayed here for a family gathering. It was an amazing property, I saw it rising on a hilltop from several miles away and the views from it were extraordinary. Great property on all accounts!

Another wonderful stay

We loved this place so much we came back a second time. It is such a peaceful and beautiful home. Perfect size for extended family, with plenty of rooms, beds, and kitchen space if you want to cook. It is very well maintained and cleaned.

Beautiful farm setting.

Our extended family stayed in this beautiful home for 6 nights. The views are magnificent in all directions as the house is set on a high hill. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The house was immaculate and well stocked for the week. There were even cake pans so we were able to make a cake. Diane the owner, was extremely responsive to any of our questions. This was our second stay at the house and we can't wait to go back!

The middle pasture has these cute donkeys and 2 horses.

Great views!!

Our stay was amazing! Views with incredible sunsets were stunning. The home was very clean and spacious. Diane was great and kept in touch. Would stay again!

The kitchen lacked basic pans and did not provide any amenities such as ;salt, pepper,, sugar, towels or any quality cleaning supplies. The dish soap was terrible and insufficient for even a short stay. 5 different coffee makers, but no coffee available. Closest store is 1 hr away round trip. Washer and dryer were available, but no liquid or dryer sheets available. I do not travel with hair dryer, so we had to share the one available for 10 ppl. Extra towels or robes would have been appreciated. Pool was dirty upon arrival, so kids did not swim. Could not clean counter or vacuum. All the TVs were difficulr using with wifi outage. They need a fire stick to enjoy. Theater had old popcorn still in popper and no refills. Bathrooms did not supply any tissue, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Soap was available but of very poor quality. Packaging was very presentable but lacked quality of product. Our car and home experience damage from a bear. Placing a sign to keep all windows and doors shut would have been beneficial and could have saved us from damage to the inside of our car. Playroom was fun, but had 2 games out of order. This home is all about the view and we enjoyed ourselves.Plenty of things to do, view was spectacular but the lack of basic amenities was annoying.The management notified us the lack amenities was stated in a link, but I never found it in the correspondence. Never stayed in a rental here in US or abroad that did not provide basic nessesities.

I'm not sure where you stayed but it was obviously not my rental property. I have NO Management Company, I have NO swimming Pool and I have NO Theater Room with a Popcorn Machine. We do NOT have BEAR'S so one could not get on or inside your car. The kitchen is well stocked, pots pans , blender, toasters, slow cooker, garbage bags, foil, zipper bags, wax paper, couple of salts, pepper, spices, oil and spray oil, sugar , coffee and k-cup coffee, dry cream , about 10 kitchen towels. Under sink is dish soap, dishwasher pods windex, counter cleaner, new sponges, hand sanitizer and more. I only have 1 coffee maker that has the pot and K-cup all in one (not 5 as you stated). There is always Tide liquid and huge box of dryer sheets. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, I have around 40 bath towels in the two linen closets. There was no wifi outage and we have fibre. There is plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap that is the travel size, maybe 20 in the bathroom drawers. The View is Spectacular. I hope this helps clear up any questions that someone may have after reading this review.

Perfection

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The house was spotless and we had plenty of room for the whole family. The location is amazing, quiet with wonderful views. We were able to see both sunrise and sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Groomsmen House

This place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough for all my guys to have their own room, it had enough showers. And the view was the best. All of my guys talked about doing a guys trip back up to this area so we can stay at this house again

Gorgeous views!

This is a terrific place to stay! Spectacular views from every room in the house! We had a wide variety of ages, and it worked well for everyone. Our younger children especially enjoyed petting the horses and donkeys. We will be back!

Beautiful 5 bedroom family home with stunning views.

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The home was immaculate and stocked with all ammenities. The home is located in a quiet rural setting. There were deer on the hillside as we entered. We have already scheduled another visit . ttoutstanding home. home.

Awesome Place

This property sits at the top of a hill with 360 degree views. The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice. It was the perfect place for long time friends to gather. We were able to take a trip into Nashville for a day and then toured distilleries in the vicinity. Highly recommend for families or friends. And Jim and Diane were responsive to our questions...

Fantastic Weekend

We had 6 in our group and this property was great. It is nicely furnished and excellently stocked . Owner uses quality paper goods and has many extras. Couldn't ask for a more serene setting or more beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We were all country people and we were quite amused and entertained by the cattle. We would definitely stay again and recommed to others.

Family Wedding at White Dove BArn

We were looking for a place to stay for a wedding, we drove from Wisconsin and all 9 of of us had a great time. There was lots of room and space for all of us, could easily have sleep 16! House is high on a hill with great views, lots of Bluebirds, and all the comforts of home. Only 5 minutes from the White Dove Barn, perfect for us to attend the wedding without having to fight traffic. Great hosts, and the sunsets are AMAZING!

Beautiful property with views for days.......

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing farmhouse and beautiful property. The house sits on top of a hill and has incredible 360-degree views of the surrounding area that you can enjoy from both front and rear decks. Lots of wide open spaces, nature, and wildlife to enjoy on the 400-acre property. The house was very comfortable for our party of five and the owners were very friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond to all our questions. Great setup for groups and families, wished we had booked an extra day.

Fun on the farm!

We had a great stay at the farm! The pictures don’t do the view justice!! All of us came from big cities and enjoyed the peace and quiet being in the country. Bonus points for the “friends” we made driving up and down the driveway each day (cows, donkeys, horses)! Diane was a wonderful host and quick to answer all of our questions about the property and our stay. Plus the house is stocked with literally everything you could need to make your stay perfect. We will be back for sure!

A perfect stay!

We were so impressed with everything about this property. Gorgeous, unobstructed views on all sides of a beautiful countryside. The house is appointed with everything you can imagine. Very spacious and comfy. Beautifully decorated and inviting. We really enjoyed watching the cows move around the hillsides. Our hosts were very welcoming and communicated very well with us. We look forward to returning soon. We've had several VRBO experiences, but this has been the best!

Can’t wait to go back!

We rented both properties on the farm for Thanksgiving. Both houses were very clean and well stocked. Diane was very helpful before and throughout. And the farm is so picturesque. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Our 4 teenagers even woke up on their own one morning at 5 just to see the sunrise! And it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed walking through the property, exploring and watching the cattle roam. We can’t wait to go back!!

Peaceful, Breathtaking vista!

This home was fully furnished and stocked. Anything we needed was provided. We wanted for nothing. There were 8 adults in our party and we had plenty of room. The views were magical and so pacifying. A true breath of fresh air and serenity. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely consider staying again. Many thanks to the Walkers for their hospitality. Ms. Diane was ever so quick to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this rental.

Stunning views, very comfortable stay

We had a lovely time getting out of the city for a few days. My 2 year old son loved walking down to the river and seeing the horses and donkeys. Views were breathtaking especially during sunset. The house was very organized, very clean and perfect for our stay.

Loved it!

My first thought after driving up to the house, taking in the views outside, then walking in was – I’m never leaving. The property is gorgeous, the house is immaculate, comfortable & had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts are also very welcoming and communication is excellent. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. I hope we can go back for a longer stay!

House is fantastic, views better. Pictures on internet do not do justice to house or views.

Way exceeded our expectations. Host are great. Have done lots of VRBO snd this was the best.

10 Star Retreat

This home and property are truly a slice of heaven. We had 5 adults and we all had our own rooms and plenty of space. The home is first class all the way. Everything inside is straight out of a home magazine. Every room had everything you could need. Well stocked. Comfy and by far cleanest home I have ever rented. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. We loved it!

Walker Ranch

Beautiful home. Well kept and gorgeous setting. Well stocked and very comfortable. Jim and Diane are very gracious and make it easy to contact them if needed. Would highly recommend their place. Loved watching the cattle and the new donkey!!

We are parents to 5 children and 7 Grandchildren.

This property has the most beautiful 360 degree view! It is a very peaceful farm setting. You are located in an area of Middle Tennessee that is an hour from Nashville and close to historic Bell Buckle Tn. We are also within 10 minutes of the White Dove Barn Wedding Venue , Beau Cheval Wedding Venue and this home makes for the perfect stay. Please come visit us!

This is century farm with amazing views and with spectacular nighttime star gazing. This property also has another house available to rent on another part of the farm. The house called The Farmhouse sleeps 10 people and has all the same amenities as Orchard Hill House, both are great for larger parties or families. You can inquire if interested.
