Excellent stay at Karims house in Charaf

We have just returned from one week at Karims house in Charaf, Agadir. Our warmest recommendations for everything from communication with Karim, the house itself, the location in nice quiet Charaf etc. Super pleasant experience and we can highly recommend both owner and house for everyone else who consider visiting Agadir.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this superb house in the Charaf residential area of Agadir. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, yet tucked away in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing.The house itself is very well furnished, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely flower garden, terrace, and patio that made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.A special thanks to Karim, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and was very accommodating, even helping us manage things smoothly when our flight was delayed.Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!Fatima Parker

Fantastic, relaxing, stay

We had such a relaxing stay at this lovely house. Our host was amazing and organised a taxi, to and from the airport and assisted us throughout our stay. We were greeted at the house by the caretaker and his wife, who had cooked a delicious meal, which we had pre booked. The house is in a quiet location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Restaurants and shops within a short distance. Easy and reasonable local taxis to and from the house. Lovely garden to relax in. We would highly recommend this house. n

Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Karim's place. It was very easy to communicate and organize a very smooth check-in and check out. The house is exactly as advertised and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Location is very convenient. Neighborhood is very quiet. There is a convenience shop just by the house and the highstreet nearby has plenty of options from breakfast to dinner. We had a car and all of Agadir was within easy reach. Overall I highly recommend this place for families and would not hesitate to book again when visiting Agadir. Thanks

Great property, location and host!

We have stayed two weeks in beautiful Agadir. Karim has been a great host from reservation time keeping us informed and providing us with all the information prior to our arrival and during also. We met Hasan and his wife Nima who handed over the keys and the property, they are a great couple and also willing to help. We had the pleasure of Nima cooking for us some traditional Morrocan food for dinner one day and it was delicious! The house and the area are safe and very comfortable for a family of 6...there is a corner shop and pharmacy (Mohammed the pharmacist is a great gentleman...he speaks some English and Spanish too and most of all kind and helpful). Thank you Karim for everything 🤗

Ten superb days at Karim's house in Agadir

We (a couple with two children) spent ten super days at Karim’s house. The house is ideally located for going to Agadir, Tamraght and Taghazout beaches. We were warmly welcomed by Hassan. Communication with Karim (owner) and Hassan was excellent before and throughout our stay. The house corresponds well to the description made on vrbo: very spacious, comfortable, very clean, and super-equipped. Bedding and towels were excellent and plentiful. Air conditioning and wifi work very well. The TV had international channels and Netflix to keep the kids entertained. There was plenty of free parking spaces for our large car. The house has a little garden where you can dine al fresco. There is a little shop close to the house for basic groceries. The house contains plentiful literature with useful suggestions for visiting the various tourist attractions in the area. The whole family is very happy with the stay at Karim's. We highly recommend his house!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans une villa magnifique et excellemment agencée.Elle est située dans un quartier calme et sécurisé.Grâce à Karim, le propriétaire, nous avons bénéficié d'un accompagnement digne des meilleurs hôtels ou agences : trajets aéroport, location de voiture, personnel disponible pour toute demande, conseils de visite, etc.Nous n'avons eu aucun désagrément que ce soit dans le quartier ou aux alentours, bien au contraire.Agadir et sa région est un lieu de villégiature que nous recommandons.Une semaine qui restera à jamais gravée dans nos mémoires !Mille merci à Karim et sa femme de mettre à disposition ce lieu idyllique tel un oasis dans le désert Mireille, Hélène et Frédéric

Un havre de paix dans un quartier calme et sécurisé

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Hassen et naima, de charmants intendants à notre écoute et très disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, confortable et conviviale. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Il n'y manque absolument rien ! Quelle merveilleuse maison, très bien entretenue. Merci à notre hôte, très réactif et disponible, aux petits soins. Une très belle expérience que je recommande absolument.

nous recommandons vivement ce logement .Tout est conforme aux photos de l'annonce .La décoration est soignée ,le quartier très calme ,petits commerces a proximité. La maison est juste incroyable , elle est super bien située . La decoration est magnifique . Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passez des vacances au top . Sincerement un gros coup de coeur pour ce logement magnifique . Concernant Agadir c'est l'une des plus belles villes du maroc vraiment a faire sans hésiter.

Home sweet home

Pour nous, ce fut une oasis dans le tumulte d’Agadir .. un joli Ryad très chaleureux accueillant et propre au sein d’un quartier calme et facile d’accès, loin de la circulation … Dès les premiers contact avec le propriétaire, on reconnaît d’emblée l’hospitalité marocaine. On se sentait comme à la maison, avec tous les jours, le plaisir renouvelé de rentrer chez soi J’aurais pu ne pas laisser de commentaire lol comme pour garder pour soi ce petit pied à terre

Schönes sauberes Haus und unkompliziert

Alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber und Größer und ausgestatteter als wir zuerst dachten. Der Kontakt zu Karim war ebenfalls sehr gut möglich falls mal eine Frage bestand. Nur zu empfehlen.

un lieu adapté pour découvrir Agadir en famille

Une très belle demeure typique, confortable et bien entretenue : épicerie et tabac, hammam à proximité immédiate Etre véhiculé est indispensable, ne serait-ce pour accéder à la mer à 10 min en voiture ou alors prendre le taxi (ce que je n'ai pas expérimenté en famille) car c'est vrai que nous en croisons fréquemment (5-10 min grand max) Quelques bruits la nuit qui peuvent perturber le sommeil de certains si on souhaite dormir la fenêtre ouverte (les nuits sont fraiches et agréables) : mais la climatisation permet de fermer les fenêtres et volets dans ce cas. En conclusion en ce qui me concerne, je recommande Séjour en couple avec 2 enfants (16 et 11 ans) en juillet 2019
