Our Stay!

My family had a great time and the house was within distance of great restaurants and shopping. We traveled to Navajo lake within a 45 minutes. I’d stay there again.

Why stay anywhere else? Highly impressed!

We were highly impressed with this beautiful house and will absolutely stay again if and when we end up in the Farmington area. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, lovely private backyard, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need! (and as a yoga instructor, I was THRILLED to see yoga mats in every closet too! love it!!) Check-in was simple, as was check-out. Seriously don't know why anyone would stay in a hotel when they can stay in Victoria's beautiful home, and for cheaper than a medium-rate hotel room! Our first actual VRBO booking and we were beyond impressed. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Roomy & Comfortable House

We had a great stay here. The house was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to both downtown and remote hiking areas was perfect for us, and we felt perfectly comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The WIFI was adequate for working remotely. Though we didn't use it, there was a fancy grill on the patio that isn't in the listing photos. The host was responsive and very accommodating, which we appreciated!

Wonderful to hear. City of Farmington has a wonderful updated wading / swimming pool 1/2 mile from this property (Brookside pool). There is a basketball court, skateboarding section, outdoor theater and lots of trees and playground. This is a very family oriented park.

Spies review

Great home, nicely updated with nice furniture and decor. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay. We did holiday cooking and found the kitchen adequate, but the knives were dull and no sharpner. Also could not find any trash bags. Back yard is huge and well fenced but needed to be mowed to knock down the prickly weeds to be more dog friendly. Would be wonderful in summer with the huge patio and shade trees. Neighborhood is in historic part of town and a mixture of very nice updated homes and some needing updating. The home on the south side was really rundown. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

The wonderful thing about the historical part of town is that there are bigger lots with the homes, giving more space. The new 6’ privacy fence on the south side of this property does help with the ambience there. We will address the issues stated as our goal is to make our customers stay as comfortable as possible. My phone number is readily available for our clients to call if they have any issues. We appreciate your input and look forward to your next stay. Happy New Year 🎊

Clean and cozy

It was a pleasure staying at this cozy home recently. It is very clean, has a lot of space to move around, has everything you’d need, and is very comfortable. I really liked that I could easily walk to the downtown area and was pleasantly surprised at how many interesting sites were within driving distance. The owner is amazing. She is friendly and helpful, with a lot of knowledge about everything to do in the area. It was such a plus that my dog could stay with me and the owner was so accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend a stay at the lavender woods house.

We love to hear great reviews on our properties, that is what we set our goals too. Next time you stay in Farmington, maybe a trip to Navajo Lake and check out the new marina or Lake Farmington for beach fun activities. Fun summer play for sure.
