Nice & Private Little Get Away

This house is exactly like the pictures shown. It’s secluded enough for your own privacy & close to local shops & restaurants. My family & I really enjoyed our stay. It’s a little tricky to get to, but once you’re there you’ll never want to leave!

Great house really clean

My family and I were very content with our overall stay at the Casa Tranquila. The house was really Clean.Jucuzzi was nice and relaxing , backyard have nice little grass area with a Tv great for kids and toddlers to enjoy the outdoors. Open desert and trails for our Quads definitely look forward on going back in the near future. By far my favorite rental.

My stay

There is so much room and all of us were very happy where we slept. Loved the large bathrooms, everything was good. A little secluded but for my loud family it was perfect. Would have been better if we were closer to main streets but we did enjoy our stay. Owner responded to any questions promptly and i really appreciate that. Would stay there again!!!!

Peaceful and relaxing

It was what had hoped for! The owner was very kind and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues and I appreciated his responsiveness. I would definitely want to stay here again and would gladly recommend this location to family and friends.

Awesome weekend!

This house was perfect for our group of 12 for a birthday celebration! Very clean, great amenities, and very knowledgeable host. It’s a little tricky to find but the host gives very detailed instructions that will lead you right to the front door! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Casa Tranquila

I loved Casa Tranquila!!! The house is super clean, beautiful and spacious. We had a group of 18 and we never felt over crowded. There was plenty of dishes, towels, and cleaning supplies. My mom and aunt fell in love with the beautiful kitchen. At first I was concerned with finding it but Ben made sure I had everything I needed to get there. I arrived after dark and I found it with no issues. The grocery store was minutes away as well as restaurants and shops. We all felt safe at all times. This is the place you want to go if you want to feel disconnected from the hectic city life without actually having to be but a couple of miles away from the towns. Casa tranquila is just that." Tranquilidad" Tranquility all around. Ben was Awesome! He always got back to me, answered all my questions, and did it in a timely manner. Thank you Ben for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and for beign such a great host. We will definitely return soon.

What an amazing place!

This place is awesome! The best views and such a beautiful big house. Ben has a great model going with this one, not sure it can get any better! I will definitely be returning soon for another fun filled weekend!

Perfect Family Retreat

Amazing house! Everything was clean and well organized to make you feel at home. We were a family of 20 and there was so much room to spare. Everything you need is in the house. Including extra air beds which were a great find for us. Very safe. My family fell in Love with your house Ben. We hope to enjoy it in the future.

4th July in Puerto Nuevo

I rented the house to spend the 4th of July weekend down south. Ben as a host was great, always replied to my messages right away and even was able to accommodate my check-in requests. The house is Amazing, very clean and new. The views and rooms are awesome and you can certainly have a great time there. The house is isolated from the beaches and cities what is great for you to have fun as there are no neighbors around to complain or make noise. The only downside of the location is that we wanted to go to the city at night and wanted to Uber, it takes a while to get a car there (but not impossible), on the way back is much easier, but be sure to set a rate with your driver before! Overall I would recommend this rental!

Dream Home

The home was absolutely beautiful. Farm house in the mountains with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and stocked up with supplies we needed like shampoo, toilet paper and towels. Ben and Tony where both very nice and just a text away. Thank you so much for opening the doors to your house to us we where so sad to leave and already miss the house and town. We are already planning on returning next year. It’s safe to say we fell in love with this home.

Isolated Luxury with Breathtaking Views. Gorgeous Destination.

Amazing Stay, Communicative and Accommodating. Would definitely rent again. Well thought out property and no quirks in the layout. Very user friendly premises. Hot showers and everything works. Calimax is 5-10 mins away and so is Puerto Nuevo.

Awesome Place!!!

Firstof all, let me tell you about all the attentions provided by the owner Ben. Ben is a great host, from the time I started enquiring about the property, to the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, he was always very attentive and helpful. Always making sure we had the necessary for a pleasant stay at his beautiful house in Puerto Nuevo. Now let me tell you about the house. This is a beautiful new home built at the top of a hill with a great view to a green landscape and the ocean, it is about a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants in Puerto Nuevo. It is a nice, quite and comfortable retreat that makes you feel relaxed. If you are looking for a nice getaway, Casa Tranquila is a great option. My family and I had a good time, we spent most of our time there because we had the hot tub, a couple of games to play in the patio, a driving range with clubs and balls included and all the comfort plus access to movies, tv shows and internet service. We get pretty loud when we talk but since the house is located a the top of the hill with no next door neighbors, there is no need to worry about noice complaints. Additionally, the house really secure with a car garage that can fit up to four cars. Tony, the maintenance person is fluent with English and Spanish and was also very helpful Overall, we had a great time, everyone in my group likes the house and my sisters fell in love with the Kitchen. So whether you want to relax or have some fun, this place is my recommendation. Thank you for everything Ben Jesus

I grew up in Bloomington, MN, went to college at University of Minnesota, worked and completed my MBA at University of North Dakota, and moved out to San Diego several years ago where I have been in SAP recruitment and consulting ever since. Outside of work my wife and daughter and I enjoy travelling, relaxing at the beach, hiking and camping, sporting events, biking, and pretty much anything that gets us outdoors.

Complete serenity and peace surrounded by the mountains and ocean. Get away from all the hustle and bustle here. Hit some golf balls, enjoy the hot tub, and take in the breath-taking views all around you.

It is far enough away to give you complete peace and quiet but close enough to everything in Baja Norte you would like to see. Enjoy hiking and 4 wheeling trails in your back yard, 5-10 minutes to the dunes in Primo Tapia, only 5 minutes from Lobster Village in Puerto Nuevo and the beach, 30 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe/Wine Country, about 20 minutes to beautiful Bajamar Golf Course, and 20 minutes to Ensenada or Rosarito.
