Beautiful House Directly on the Beach

This was an excellent house that was right on the beach. It was clean, well stocked with appliances and cookware and two w/d. We will definitely stay with 360 Blue again. Thanks for everything you did us during our stay.

A great time by all...

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this wonderful home, there were ten folks in our group and we had absolutely no problems and Stephen our 360 contact was great with all of his help and quick response.. family is already discussing next years stay...

Nice property Great location

The property was nice and the location was great, but it was not well maintained. Below is a list of issues we had: Hot tub has no jets and was not heated for the majority of our stay. Main Floor Back sliding door doesn't lock Internet and Cable was down almost the entire time. Door bell doesn't work Dryers took forever to dry. I suspect the exhaust was clogged Bunk beds were dirty Vacuum was full of dirt Under the furniture ( and I mean ALL the furniture) was filthy. Dining chairs are falling apart Nasty pans for cooking Several bedroom doors do not shut or/and lock. While I understand this was a Holiday weekend when we first arrived, we were there for 10 days and the pool nor the internet/cable issues were resolved. I think for the price paid, the service and maintenance was lacking.

Excellent location

This place was perfect. We normally stay on Alys beach but this is our new favorite. It's on a quiet part of the beach and close to the grocery store. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants at Rosemary beach. Definitely great for families!

Very accommodating

House was as advertised on the beach with easy access. Pool was big enough and private. They checked it to make sure it stayed clean. Great parking for cars and located near enough to amenities.

The house was perfect! Everyone had a great time, even with beach rebuilding projects and uncertain weather. Jackie was more than accommodating and helped us greatly!

Outstanding large property

Gorgeous property on the beach and with a pool! The house layout couldn’t have been better- abundant space and perfect beach access. Ideal for families with children; the ability to walk from deck to beach in literally 10 seconds was a dream. Added bonus was the pool to please younger ones when they tired of the beach.

Great house on the beach

The house was so nice, clean, well equipped and right on a great part of the beach that wasn’t too crowded. There is a ton of sleeping space and every room has their own bathroom.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at Sunset! With 17 adults and 5 kids we had room to spread out. Comfortable, nice beds and furnishings and a well stocked kitchen with nice pots and pans. The pool, decks and beach were fabulous! We had to call twice for pool pump and WiFi issues and both times someone came out right away and fixed our issues. Great customer service! Location is nice too. No big crowds on the beach yet close to Rosemary Beach, groceries and PCB. Great beach house!!

July 2019 Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunset! The newly built house was spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were great! My family enjoyed the king with queen bunk. I loved having a washer and dryer on both floors. The entry floor was great with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. The owners didn’t forget anything! I hope to stay here again next summer!
