Reservations with Alex were very easy, confirmation was quick and Alex even followed up with an email stating he would be in touch with further details.
A couple weeks from the vacation, as I questioned if I needed to check back with Alex. Boom, another email communication regarding the stay and details were being finalized with the resort and I would have the itinerary and correct reservation paperwork soon enough.
About 3 weeks out, all the required paperwork arrived via email. Alex called about a week after that to thank us, wishing us a great time. He gave us a brief rundown of what to expect and was very clear if anything was needed, not to hesitate to contact him directly.
We got in superbowl Sunday, check in was a breeze, received room and towel cards.
The resort, in house restaurants, service, and even other guests were all wonderful. Talk about a great time in every aspect.
Location was GREAT! 15 minutes from the airport! Cheap cab ride upon arriving, a short even cheaper cab rid to the marina for some dining, shopping, and beautiful ocean going yachts.
Walking distance to the Melacon, and shopping district. Literally across the street from absolutely delicious local eateries and street food vendors.
Very safe! All around, never felt nervous or threatened, no matter the hour or time of day.
Saved Alex's information for a trip back in the future, exactly like the title says! 10 OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND & STAY AGAIN!
