不動産はグラスの歴史的中心部から徒歩5分、カンヌから20分、ニースから40分です。 プロヴァンカの村の真正性を好む人は、オピオ、グアッセ、グアルセの村が10キロ圏内です。
運河Siagneは近くにあり、グラース島の高台を歩くことができます。

Sur les hauteurs de Grasse...

Gite bien situé sur les hauteurs de Grasse avec vue sur les collines. Toujours plus frais que sur la côte. Le Jardin nature est très agréable. Le gîte a vieilli depuis les photos et mériterait un rafraichissement et en particulier les huisseries. Une V.M.C serait plus efficace que les bâtons d'encens. Voiture indispensable. Wifi correct. Nous n'avons pas vu le bain à remous qui était mentionné sur l'annonce.

Sehr schönes Haus bei Grasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Meer braucht man zwischen 30 und 40 Minuten. Grass und die umliegenden Städte haben uns auch sehr gefallen.

Endroit stratégique

C'est l'endroit ideal si vous souhaitez découvrir la PACA. Il est central et permet de visiter/découvrir énormément d'endroits à moins de 2h. Logement tres convenable et le côté rustique fait son charme. Le jardin agréable et calme.

Séjour très agréable

Gîte très agréable entièrement clôturé et situé dans un lieu très calme. Stationnement très aisé sur un parking qui jouxte ce même gîte. La situation est idéale car elle vous permet aussi bien de visiter le bord de mer que l'arrière pays. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et pas du tout invasifs. Si les circonstances nous le permettent nous espérons bien relouer ce gîte l'année prochaine si le propriétaire le veux bien. Nous conseillons ce gîte a tous ce qui souhaitent passer un séjour dans le calme tout en ayant la possibilité d'avoir de nombreuses activités.

A comfortable, charming gite and a generous, helpful host

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here. The gite is spacious yet charming, with some lovely architectural details. It's really well equipped, great water pressure in the shower, a very comfortable bed and sofa, and there's a lovely view of the hills from the terrace. It's a quiet area, set in a private, gated domaine (which adds to the feeling of total safety and security), and the short trips into both Varbonne and Grasse are well worth making more than once. We were also so pleased with how well our host treated us. Warm and friendly, enormously helpful (in addition to all the excellent information already provided in the gite, he quickly finished off a map he had been working on, showing the best local beaches, because we had said we'd be heading for the coast), interesting and informative, he was completely respectful of our privacy and yet available if we'd needed him. We wholeheartedly recommend booking this gite; we certainly will if we return to the Grasse area. Thank you again for helping make our holiday so memorable.

Ruhe und Erholung in wunderschöner Region

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit kühlen Getränken, Baguette und Croissants begrüßt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wermutstropfen: man ist auf das Auto angwiesen, wenn man die Region erkunden möchte. Allerdings sind die größeren Orte an der Cote d'Azur von Grasse aus gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Merci Corinne et Joel:)

Gîte agréable et très bien situé

Ce gîte est propre et agréable et bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et bien qu'ils habitent à côté ils savent être discret. Le gîte est très bien situé car il permet aussi bien d'aller en bord de mer et de visiter les villes de bord de mer que d'aller visiter l'arrière pays et les paysages plus montagneux. La maison est calme et particulièrement pratique pour ceux qui ont des animaux car le jardin est totalement clôturé. Bref un gîte où nous aurons plaisir à y retourner et que nous recommandons.

We felt like at home

We were welcomed very nicely and they explained us everything. The home is so confortable and lovely decorated. We found all we needed. For our daughter there were even thing to play with. That was a great Plus!

I have just spent three weeks in this lovely gîte which is large bright and airy and the garden is lovely and private and enclosed and perfect for my dogs. Thank you…..I would definitely recommend. Beautiful area of the county

Tolle Umgebung

Wir haben eine Woche interessanten Urlaub hier verlebt. Die Begrüßung war herzlich. Alles was man für die Erstversorgung benötigt war vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, die man im Sommer definitiv benötigt. Der große Garten ist hundesicher und auch hier ist alles da was man braucht. Grasse ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Cote d'Azur zu erkunden.

Highly recommended

The house is in a quiet part of Grasse, access to the area where it is situated (around 20 villas and houses in a historic walled-in site) is via a remote-controlled gate system so it is very safe. Supermarket, bakery, weekly market etc. all within 10 min. drive. The patio is excellent for sitting in the evening, in the morning it is in full sun but there is a table with chairs and sun-shade in the garden so that´s where to eat breakfast! The owners live next door and are helpful, friendly and relaxed, giving lots of tips on things to see. The house is spacious for two with a good bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is right next to the property and free. The Grasse location is ideal for exploring both the coast and the mountains - in August when we were there the beaches and coastal towns were packed so we spent a lot of time walking up in the cooler mountains - amazing. The Route Napoleon and the Gorges de Verdon were spectacular! We would certainly stay there again if visiting the region.

Lovely House with a green Terrasse and surrounding garden

Was at Corinne‘s and Joel‘s place for close to two weeks and we enjoyed total silence at night and the green garden with flowers during our days. It‘s not so hot than valley down at the beach, L‘eclerc is only five minutes away by car for a good self supply. Corinne and Joel lives right in next house but privacy was always given. Five stars from our side, was a great pleasure to stay there for our vacation.

Peaceful pleasant stay with beautiful views

Spacious property with lovely views. Has a large enclosed garden which is ideal for dogs. We received a warm welcome from charming hosts. Great location for visiting the local area including the mountains and coastline.
