Accommodations were fine, clean and comfortable. Location was good for us. On street parking was not an issue. Sparse silverware. Heat is controlled by upstairs tenant.Patio was icy and not treated with salt or sand. Would rent again.

Bed is comfortable(and Im super picky) nice living room area and kitchen. Bathroom a bit small but has all thats needed. Wonderful accommadting hosts when had to shorten stay due to death in the family.

Nice clean place. Well suited for 2, maybe 3 people. Sentimental for us because it was within a few blocks of where my husband grew up. Not too bad a walk to downtown Helena.

This is a small basement apartment with a spacious kitchen. Other spaces are rather cramped, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable. It's in a great area, a ten minute walk from the state capitol. We recommend the tour. It's also very near a good walking path up into the hills for beautiful views of Helena. We had a great time.

minutes to the capital

Clean & comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked to cook, though we were not there long enough to use much. Property can use some attention on the outside, but the basement apartment has been upgraded and we felt safe during our stay. Host was responsive when we had questions.

Helena stay

We have stayed here 3x, 4th of July was the last. The place is not at all fancy, but adequate for 2. It's clean, decent space in LR and nice size kitchen. Bedroom just big enough for the bed and a shelf for suitcases, bathroom is ok, but shower is a super SMALL stall. Only time we had an issue was last weekend we had no hot water the entire time. We thought the tenant above must have run out the hot with a shower but since it was all weekend, that most likely wasn't the case. Host said they hadn't had a problem and we never heard if it was solved since we left early in the am after the 2nd night. / I also had a very allergic reaction (cats) previously staying there. / We would still recommend this place and the hosts are friendly.

Short Stay in Helena - Clean little apartment

I love this apartment and hopefully will be back. Some things to take into consideration if you are thinking of staying here:The noise from upstairs (walking around) was a little annoying. Not bad enough to keep me away but it does kinda wear on your nerves.When the upstairs people took a shower the water noise running was really loud, and I couldn't sleep through it. (I'm not an early riser)If you sleep on the sofa or sofa sleeper, be prepared to wake up early with the sun shining in. For early birds this is not a problem.The floor is really uneven in most areas and makes you feel a little dizzy.The ceiling is low so if you are quite tall you might want to find a different rental.I couldn't find a heater in the bedroom, and I don't think the apartment has air conditioning. If the above items don't bother you then this is the place for you. Its clean and the bed is amazingly comfy. The hosts were quick to send emails and had the apartment ready early. We didn't use any of the stocked items, but it seemed to have everything you would need.I do recommend this apartment and hope to be back.Thank you!

Great apartment!

Nice big kitchen. Very comfortable. Nice tea selection. Coffee situation could use an upgrade. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Parking right in front was super appreciated. The little patio is nice.

Helena Hideaway

This is a good, basic adequate place to stay in Helena that doesn't overcharge on fees. We've stayed 2x and it was nice to be able to bake our apple crisp for Thanksgiving. Can't do that in a hotel! We would recommend as a nice clean place to stay.

Nice place to stay - close to downtown.

Nice place to stay. Easy check-in, great communication, and within walking distance of downtown. I will definitely stay there again.

This property was clean and had been updated. However, we were not told in the ad that it was a basement apartment, and we encountered two spiders. The ad also did not mention on-street parking which we didn’t like.

Great location for hiking

This property was within walking distance to some great hiking trails. Had everything we needed for our time in Helena....and having access to a washer and dryer right in the unit was a bonus. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stay in Helena

This apartment is excellent. Great location to walk to the local attractions, the Capital, the Cathedral, the Mall downtown, etc. The neighborhood is very walkable. The apartment is clean and well cared for, as well as comfortably furnished. It was 102 degrees in Helena when we arrived there. When we walked into the apartment is was cool, and it cooled down overnight. The owner is very east to contact and helpful for information about the apartment. We would stay there again. Thank you.
