Great time in Nashville

The property was very nice and just a short Uber ride to Broadway and surrounding areas. We had 13 people so the two condos worked out great and provided a lot of room. We had a couple of issues with one of the condos when we first arrived but when I texted the issues, someone was sent out right away to fix them. The rooftop was awesome and we hung out up there quite a bit. Lots of stairs in these condos so if you have any mobility issues, this might not be for you but we did not have a problem at all.

Perfect place for a fun getaway with a big group!

Excellent accommodations for a large group. Super clean & new with a great layout! John was great at communication with us. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice townhouses close to park and universities

Nice homes that sorted a large group. Walking distance to centennial park, Broadway and restaurants were a quick Uber trip.

Nice and modern house

Great experience with owners. The house was nice but I recommend getting a rental car. We had to get two Ubers everywhere we went, no restaurants or bars nearby so $60 each way.

Great space with amazing views!

We loved everything about these houses!!! The view is amazing at night and the beds are so comfortable! John is a great host! Anytime I needed something he was on top of it and got back to me within a minute! Thank you so much for making our stay easy and enjoyable!!

Great stay!!

We loved our stay with 6 other families (23). Everyone fit comfortably between the side by sides. Great communication and quick responses. Only issue was one of the garage doors was broken and couldn’t be fixed in time to use but there was plenty of street parking. All the families loved it there and would love to go back !

Nashville with Friends

This property worked well for our group. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It would be nice to connect the rooftops, but there was a great view!

Nice clean place for a large group

Nice place for a large group. It was very clean and had lots of extra blankets and pillows. The host was very responsive. There are a lot stairs (which we knew ahead of time) so it wouldn’t be great for anyone with mobility challenges.

Great place to stay in Nashville

The units were exactly as pictured. Very well equipped and clean. It was only a 10 minute drive to Broadway. John was an excellent host and quickly replied to any questions. We will definitely be back!

21st Birthday celebration

We had 18 family members come to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the two houses worked out great. The young families were able to stay out late and not disturb the seasoned family when coming in late. No issues and would stay at the this location again!

Awesome houses with a view!

These houses were perfect for my family (13 of us) to split up & stay between. The beds were so comfortable & there was a bathroom for everyone!! I really appreciated that there was a garage to park in. The view of Nashville was phenomenal especially at night!! The location was perfect, only a short Uber ride to downtown. John (the owners) was very responsive and answered any questions I had prior to booking. I recommend staying here!!

Nice place-not near anything touristy so not able to walk. Lots of steps-ok for able bodied people. Bunk beds seemed to have small mattresses for adults

Beautiful place

We met as a group of friends. Though we had two units, we used second unit for only sleeping. The terrace/roof has a nice view of downtown. Due to COVID, we spent most of the time in the unit or walking around nearby Vandy campus. It was a good place to hang out with friends, drink some fine liquor and eat a lot of Chinese take out :-)

Place was great but should have been told about all the stairs to climb. I had to climb 36 or more to go to my bedroom. that is a big draw back to your place.

Short Wonderful Stay !

Our group of sixteen thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Every possible amenity was provided for us. We had to delay our birthday celebration one year due to Covid and John worked with us every step of the way. Short of a few lightbulbs being out, the place was perfect for relaxing, enjoying a few drinks on the rooftop after sunset (too hot during the day) and taking in the beautiful Nashville skyline. Everything was a $6-$10 Uber/Lyft ride away. Many of the local restaurants deliver for a $5 fee. We ordered pizza one night and it arrived in twenty minutes. Very highly recommend this rental !

Shortage of lights

The property was lovely. Unfortunately a number of ceiling lights were out. There were none in the main floor bedroom and the wattage of the light in the closet was of no use. Need a phone flashlight to see anything. There were a number of other random lights out in both properties.

Our daughter’s 21st Birthday celebration!

We celebrated our daughter 21st birthday with 23 family and friends. The townhomes were a perfect set up for our needs - the younger adults in one and the older in the other. The townhome looked exactly as pictured, big and spacious enough for everyone to gather together and lots of bedrooms to retreat for down time. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and lots of linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. AC worked great during a heat wave while we were there. The rooftop was amazing with great view of the city and lots of seating. The city is a short Uber ride away. John has been a very responsive host answering all my questions from the time I began inquiring about this location, thru booking and continued during our stay. Two minor issues - a bathroom sink was a little clogged and one of the roof tops had a bad fuse in the cabana lights. John had a very polite handyman out to fix the next day. As mentioned in other reviews there are lots of stairs but all the space was worth it! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend especially for large groups.

Family Christmas Get Together

Great experience. VRBO listing accurately matched by the actual house. Clean and well stocked. Great value. Full of features and furnishings not expected in this price range. Host very, very responsive to any questions or problems (minor) that occurred. Highly recommended to any group wishing to visit the great city of Nashville. Would love to be back in the future.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

The two homes are both beautiful and with plenty of space for our family gathering of 12 adults and 3 kids. The few minor issues we had were quickly addressed by the owners who were very responsive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Ample parking in the garages and the rooftop views were extraordinary once it warmed enough for us to enjoy them. The few hiccups that did occur, were minor, and made for memorable moments , especially to my grandkids. Strongly recommend these properties
