Fun, huge area for friends. Comfortable sofas. Frank is super accommodating and friendly. It's a quite place considering we were 1.5 miles from everything. Wonderful overall stay!!

Had a posse in for a wedding and we used all 11 bedrooms. Location was perfect, minutes from anything and everything. The owner had to deal with us being locked out the day of the wedding, our fault, but was able to quickly get us back in.There was more than enough linens and towels for our extended stay and didn't hurt that we had 3 refrigerators for ALL the libations!

Frank was great and supper accommodating! The house was packed with necessities which was extremely helpful as we were traveling via plane. Also was clean and a great size home for my party of 13. One of the best rentals I have stayed in.

Perfect set up and location

We only stayed in the 8 bedroom part of the property. 6 couples for a 50th celebration. The layout was perfect and the common space of the kitchen and living room was a great size. Check in and check out was super easy and host very responsive. I would just advise you not answer to anyone knocking your door unexpectedly because you might meet an interesting neighbour. She did add to a lifetime of memories though so I guess it’s more a warning to answer at your own risk :). One review said it was walking distance to Broadway but just map it out first before choosing this location for that reason. Uber was quick and easy and our boots weren’t made for walking 1.3 miles on top of dancing for hours but maybe that’s a reflection of our age. Nashville and this property did not disappoint! Highly recommend.

Fun stay, convenient location, nice owner/manager

All the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living area was perfect for our big group of 13 people (age range: 4 to 80). The decorations are simple, with a minimalist vibe. The kitchen is stocked with basic items like oil, spices, tea, coffee, condiments, etc. which is something I appreciated very much as we had some meals at home. Plenty of dishes in the well-stocked kitchen. I appreciated the flexibility with check-in times as well.The location was great -- a short drive to the sites and an easy walk to a handful of coffee shops and restaurants. You can also walk to bars in the Gulch area. Parking wasn't a problem (available in the front and the back). The location can be noisy as young people are living next door, but it wasn't too bad.

Perfect for us

This house was perfect for 10 of us for our ladies trip. There were 8 bedrooms with 10 beds so we all had our own bed. The location being near the Gulch & downtown was very convenient. The common space was also great since there was seating for us all. The only issue we had was there was quite a bit of trash on the street around the trash cans (overflowing). There is an attached unit that we shared the front deck with. The tenants in the unit were very nice & quiet but had a beer keg sitting outside. We were there during the week so I'm not sure how it would be on weekends. Also the main floor needs something to help with the acoustics. There was one area rug but that was not enough. It was very loud. Overall we were very happy & would rent this unit again. FYI - I gave the communication a 3 (avg) because they didn't have a "Not Applicable" option.

Great weekend with friends

Great location. Walked to main areas of downtown. Area seems a little dirty with trash around and neighbors said be sure to lock our doors. We never felt unsafe. Inside of house was awesome. Property owner was really helpful.

Sibling reunion

Great place; great communication with host. Group was 12 adults - 10 of us 70+ years old. The gathering space is very important to us and this was perfect. Huge kitchen island, table that sat the 12 of us and lounging/reclining sofa- all in an open concept. 8 bedrooms with own bath, excepting 2 sharing a jack and Jill.

Wonderful stay and everything as they said

We rented this house for us and our close relatives to attend our son's wedding. We were comfortable and all expectations were met. When we return we will look this property up for renting.

Great location for a family reunion

This home worked well for our group of 11. Because we have two generations (ages 27-63), it was important to me to have a common area space so that everyone could gather to talk and play games. Otherwise the young adults would have disappeared! The large dining table was perfect for a multitude of games and the living room had ample seating for most of us to sit at once. Convenient location too. The WiFi was initially not working well but Frank quickly set up a range extender which solved the problem. Plenty of paper supplies available. This was not nearly the cheapest option but it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Texas in Nashville

We had a great time at the house. It was very spacious and “hotel-ready”. The location was 10 mins away from all the hot spots we visited. Some friends even walked over to the burger joint. Each room in the house was well stocked with each room’s needs. We would stay here again!

Nice house, inconsistent communication

House was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 9 staying in the 8 bedrooms. It hosted our group well and was nice to convene in the main rooms. Walls are thin if you're a light sleeper. The WIFI was terrible, actually not even usable. I messaged the host and never received a response, even though we saw someone get into the owner's garage while we were there. I thought they were coming to fix or inspect the wifi, but service did not change and no contact was made back with me. I also reached out to the host to ask for early checkin and if there was a Keurig, but again received no response. This was surprising because I had earlier asked for later checkout and was granted that with a response very promptly (and that was much appreciated).

Nashville Cats

We had eight couples from Venice, Florida stay here for the weekend. The house was perfect for us. We loved the open floor plan on the main level and the large table for us to hang out. Each bedroom had its own bath except one of us shared a Jack & Jill bathroom which worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place. It wasn’t too far away from the Gulch or Broadway.
