Clean and comfortable

The property is older but it is very clean. She provides plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and some coffee pods, creamer and sugar. The backyard is very nice however it was too hot to sit outside on our trip. The pool directly behind the unit was closed however, there was a pool a short drive away. The property manager is very easy to reach and very nice. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again if we are in the area.

Spacious townhouse and easy drive to beach

We loved the layout and comfy feel of the townhouse. Parking was easy and always available. Easy drive to beach and all the restaurants. Pool is clean and very friendly lifeguards. Quick response from property contact and called first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend!!

Nice Home

The home was very nice and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We visited the beach area twice during our stay and it was only a 20 minute drive. The Property Manager was very prompt in answering any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting VA Beach.

Birthday Bash Weekend

This home was a nice, quiet, and cozy place for our weekend stay in VB. The host was very easy to communicate with. Home is close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space. Only suggestions for the property is to provide dish towels for the kitchen. Overall.... great stay, no complaints. Thank you so much to this host for opening their home to us!

we stayed here with family/friends for a sport event. our stay was super great. the littlest things means alot. we appreciate the coffee corner, the towels, extra toilet paper and more. thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Great experience

I was in town for an educational conference and looking for a place to stay for the week. I looked at this versus staying at the hotel so I could have privacy and the comforts of home for me, my daughter and her guests. The home was beautiful, well furnished, well maintained and in a nice quiet neighborhood. While there we had an issue with the internet one day likely due to the weather. The property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. I would definitely stay here again while in Virginia Beach.

Great Stay with Plenty of Room

Homey, roomy, comfortable Townhouse, with wonderful amenities. the coffee maker, k-cups, tea, and pecan swirls are a nice touch. The community pool is a short walk from the home, it was very refreshing on a hot 4th of July week. Communication was good, although we had no need to contact the host aside from check-in and out procedures. That was clear and detailed. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Where we stayed was a great location, it was quiet. Everything we wanted to do was close. The malls the entertainment centers, the beach it was very nice. My grands enjoyed themselves, overall it was good. Looking forward to my next vacation.👍🏽

Great house!

I rented this house with my friend and music parter as a mini vacation/rehearsal space. It was perfect for what we needed - lots of space, close to the beach, mall, and lots of restaurants and stores. May want to bring some extra knives or cookware if you're planning to cook a lot.

Where’s My $500 refundable deposit????

PLEASE REFUND MY $500 deposit. I was there in JUNE and haven’t received my deposit YET!! I was told I’d receive it by JULY 10th!!!!

My name is Dr. Sophia Sills-Tailor. I am a local owner and reside in Virginia Beach. I purchased this town house while serving in the United States Navy. I lived here for 25 years. I am originally from Philadelphia. I lived here with my daughter Rebecca.

This town house has been well loved. It is not the Taj Mahal but is is comfortable and homey. I consider my home a gathering place for family and friends and encourage you to do so.

The best thing about this house is the location. It is centrally located and is a short jaunt to almost any place in Hampton Roads. It is located 8 minutes from the Virginia Beach Town Center, the location of Ruth Chris, PF Chang, The Cheese Cake Factory and more. It is 4 minutes away to Mount Trashmore and has it's on lake and wooded trails. It is 15 minutes to downtown Norfolk and 20 minutes to the beach.
