Lovely location

This is a good sized apartment, ideally situated for Burriana Beach and its facilities. There is a ramp to enter the main building, and a lift to assist those with restricted mobility. All rooms are good sized and suitable to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The outstanding feature is the large balcony that catches the sun all day. The Casasol staff are first class and always willing to help if required.

Excellent Vacations but this year the price was increased.

The location, the quality of the house, the landscape and all the space. Review the price. Apply a blackout at the kitchen door to protect from the sun and not increase the internal temperature.

A very nice apartment

The description given is accurate. This is a good sized, well equipped, comfortable apartment. It is very conveniently located for the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants on the front. What really makes it stand out is the large balcony that curves around the apartment and gets the sun all day. The agents (Casasol) are first class offering friendly help and advice when needed, without being intrusive. Nothing really. The winter rental rates could be cheaper considering the reduced daylight/sun hours. That said, I have stated that it is excellent value for money and this is based on comparison with similar accommodation in the immediate area.

Appartement correspondant à l´annonce et à pied de tout

Surface confortable, parking privé en sous-sol, propreté générale, situation très proche Plage, du centre ville et du supermarché, grande terrasse avec très grand store protection solaire, environnement pas très bruyant la nuit. L´ excellente réactivité de Mme Sandra de Casasol pour changer très rapidement la cafetière ainsi que le fer à repasser défectueux.

La recomendación de Loli de no elegir el departamento del primer piso, pero este, fue perfecto. Muchas gracias En nuestra opinión, el propietario debe cambiar las bombillas de la primera generación de LED, que son muy frio, por bombillas con luz más suave (más ambiente)

Un apartamento muy amplio, completo, ubicado muy bien. Es la segunda vez que vamos. Ah, y Paola, la chica que nos recibió es un encanto. Gracias a todo el equipo. No puedo decir nada malo, la verdad. No soy muy tiquismiquis. Las vacaciones allí han sido estupendas. Eso sí, algo más caro que el año pasado 2021.

Schöne Wohnung nahe Burriana Strand

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzer Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sehr wichtig für uns war bei dieser Lage die Tiefgarage, da die Parkplätze durch den nahen Strand sehr schnell belegt sind. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die große Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenseite war vorteilhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
