Our unit had an issue with the AC which we were informed of after we landed, so we had to stay in another farther back unit for the first night. We know they tried, but we were traveling with a 9 month old and had a lot of stuff to unload then the next day repack, load and move, then unload again. It basically took away the entire first full day of vacation and since it was only a 5 day trip that was a huge hassle and was disappointing. Otherwise the unit was ok and just a standard condo but the grounds were beautiful.

Mahalo Nui Loa for being our valued guest and leaving your comments, we regret that from time to time, maintenance issues may impact a stay. In these circumstances we do try our best to resolve the issue quickly. We appreciate this can be made more challenging when traveling with an infant. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at Kamaole Sands Resorts. Would recommend staying in this unit. Was clean upon arrival. Wonderful vacation property

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great, lots of things to do at the property- swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi, 3 min walk to the beach. Chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards were provided with the rental. Everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you!

Wonderful experience - Maui regulars

Very well run and managed property. Directly across the street from the beach and walkable food and shopping. Our first time staying here and would certainly do it again. Note: check the patio utility closet first before renting beach gear. Ours had beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards available. I'm sure it varies from unit to unit.

Glad you had a good stay! Bummed you didn't find the bed comfortable, but unfortunately everyone has different preferences. It is, however, queen sized so a little bigger than a double. Hope you made some great memories while you were here. Aloha!

Great Stay in Kihei!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day of check in I had been staying with my friend in Lahaina. I called and the staff were very helpful and were able to get me an early check in. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit was in a great location and a short walk to the beach and into town. I reported a small issue with the door being difficult to open so they were aware. However, we made it work and didn't impact our stay.
