Great location and comfortable apartment

Rosas is a good destination with lots of things to see in neighbouring areas. The apartment is located two steps away from the beach, has a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view. The beach is wide and nor overcrowded. The promenade in that area is quiet so no problem with noisy restaurants or clubs at night. Great communication with owner and the on-site manager. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with all things you need to prepare a meal. The apartment has all the equipment exactly as in pictures and is fairly new in furnishings. It is smaller than it looks in pictures and there is very little storage space - tiny closet in bedroom and three drawers. The bed in the bedroom is also on the narrow side. Bathroom small but comfortable in use. Still, we had a wonderful stay with our teenage daughters and would choose that apartment again. Definitely a good place to stay, unless you need separate beds for kids or a wide bed for the grown-ups. Ideal for couples, or people with not fully grown up kids who get along. We were very happy with our stay especially since the beach is on your doorstep.

Kleines Appartement direkt an der Strandpromendade

Das Objekt eignet sich gut für max. 3 Erw. Personen (wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind). Das Objekt ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage sowie einen Fixen Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe. Das Objekt war sauber, Küche gut eingerichtet. ein kleiner Abzug fürs WiFi: mehr als 2 Devices verträgt das WLAN nicht und mehr als 480p auf YouTube auch nicht.

Location très bien située proche mer et centre ville

Location propre et moderne. Accueil arrangeant et agréable. Repas sur la terrasse avc vue sur la mer. La clim peut être évitée car idéalement situé avec soleil fin d'après-midi. Petite résidence tranquille proche du centre sans avoir les inconvénients des bruits de la ville. Tout est fait pour passer de belles vacances. Nous y retrouverons sans aucun doute.

Gut aber nicht ohne Mängel!

Sehr unbequeme, unnötige und unnützliche Regale im Badezimmer. Kleiderschrank ist klein und unbequem. Die Lampe im Schlafzimmer ist komisch und sehr niedrig gehängt. Das schlimmste ist aber dass, alles Besteckschublade stinkt nach Schimmel! Ich glaube, weil es keine Geschirrspülmaschine gibt - schmeißen die Leute halbfeuchtes Besteck rein und da bleibt es ohne Umluft. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind billig und unbequem. Sonnst alles wie beschrieben. Lage ist top! Sauber und ruhig.

L appartement est très bien équipé propre avec balcon vue sur mer...bien place aussi bien pour se rendre à la mer qu au centre de santa Margarita....Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut gepflegt und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sie ist direkt am Strand und man kann vom Balkon aus auf das Meer schauen. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bars die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind.

Good small apartment by the beach

The apartment is in a great location near the beach in a quieter area. Although when we were here, late september , most apartments appeared empty. There are local supermarkets within 100 -200m as well as the larger ones 1km away. Its a lovely half hour promenade into Roses but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is small but functions well. There is a cook top and a microwave to prepare meals. There are loungers for the beach. The essential washing machine. It was not ideal for us, a retired couple from the other side of the world. Firstly because the wifi was very poor. It would not support skype video calls home without freezing, kept dropping off our devices and needing re-sign ins and then in the late afternoon not working at all when others clients were trying to use it. Its seemed to be a public cellular wifi. The bed is stated in the VRBO as double and queen. It is a standard double as others have noted recently. One of us slept in the bed and the other on the sofa bed. For us the lack of a lift with all our luggage was a mission to get upstairs. However if wifi is not important to you, you can cope with the double bed and you dont have a lot of luggage its a good place to stay. Parking and access was easy.

Mooi appartement op een gunstige locatie

Het appartement is gunstig gelegen op een paar stappen van het strand. In de nabije omgeving is er voldoende gelegenheid voor de dagelijkse boodschappen en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het appartementsbrand van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een hele mooie badkamer. Enige wat wat tegen ie was de WiFi die erg instabiel was en en bed was wat aan de kleine kant (140 x 190 cm). Dit appartement is een aanrader als je in Roses wilt verblijven.
