Great Beach
House is only 40 feet from busy Hwy 98. We could hear traffic thru the nite. Master bedroom needs curtain on door that leads outside. Screened porch needed a thorough cleaning. We had to wipe down table on porch several times before eating on it. Little details that need attention are tv remote control needs batteries and carport light didnt work. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Many dead roaches inside and on screened porch.

Leaky ceiling and mold
The only thing good about our stay was the view from the front porch. There was a heavy musty smell from the time we arrived and every time we left and came back. No amount of deodorizer spray would make it go away. Third night in it rained for about 18 hours with the ceiling in the back bedroom leaking water onto our suitcase. Ceiling paint in master bathroom was peeling with more water leaking all over the floor. To top it off there was black spore mold growing on the ceiling vent in the kitchen. I will say that once these issues were addressed with SeaStay property management company, Wes worked diligently to find us another house to finish out our stay.
