Be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located Townhouse. Updated and cozy, this place has it all, chairs, umbrellas & cooler for beach, kayaks outback for fishing in the mangroves, with bikes for the neighborhood and washer/dryer in the garage.
Main floor: Eat in renovated kitchen, amazing dining room that seats 12 or split table for games, large family/TV room ½ Bathroom.
Upstairs: has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for privacy away from the action.
Travel is approximation: from house by Car is 8 min to TPA Airport, 35 min to St. Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. By boat, after you exit canals 15 min to Hula Bay Club, 25 Minutes to Saint Petersburg Pier and 35 minutes to gulf and beaches.
Kayaking around the canals and Mangroves you have a good chance of seeing dolphins, manatees, and ospreys.

I'm Rick, born and raised in Tampa, you can call me and tell me what you like to do and I will be your connoisseur. I live out of town now but have some great neighbors that check the property and will check you in.

This property is on a peninsula so there is not much traffic, great to ride bikes around the waterfront neighborhood, 13 Minutes from Tampa Airport but not in the flight path! If you get lucky a Manatee or Dolphin may swim by, the Osprey is usually around catching a fish, and the Otter pays a visit to the deck at night so keep the screen door closed when you go to sleep. The fishing poles are in the garage in the Kyakes and the bait store around the corner. His and Hers Specialized Bikes in Garage. The boat lift is currently being used by a long term tenant.

Centrally located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beaches, Bush Gardens, Tampa Stadium. And you can fish the Tampa Bay off the back dock. If your working this place is quite, you can hold meetings and an easy convenient location. Fishing gear is on the back porch, bait shop around the corner.
