Great place to stay!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for us to enjoy the stay. We had a wonderful time and there are lots of great places to shop and eat very close.The only real issues were with the toilets. They are very slow and you need to hold the handle down on the shared bathroom to get it to flush properly. It would have been nice to have a few extra rolls of TP and some more towels. Other than those things, fantastic place!

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for our needs! We were in Tampa for a training and this house was conveniently located to where we were going as well as many restaurants and shops.

Great house great stay

We had a great stay. This is a lovely home and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of space! The park nearby is really nice and the house is in a perfect location, close to Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. We loved it! Thank you!

Mother’s Day Long Weekend Stay

Property was as advertised and the perfect location for our trip . My siblings and I needed a place halfway between the Tampa airport and Mom’s since we were traveling from all over the country arriving at all different times. The house had plenty of rooms and was very clean. The host communicated all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. One of my sisters is going to plan a trip with her family and she said it would be perfect for them

Nice home good location

Clean and well stocked.

Clean and well stocked. Those are the 2 things I look for the most in renting. This place was used by 4 old guys for a softball tournament just 15 minutes from Radice Softball Complex. A couple of guys said their beds were a bit soft and the TV was a challenge (as I said, 4 old guys). Would definitely rent again.

Like being home …

Great place to stay with family or group … beautiful functional kitchen, spacious cozy bedrooms, comfortable living room with access to private backyard with firepit. We were able to cook and save on eating out and go home with clean laundry. Bathrooms were clean and had an abundance of clean linens. Plenty of closet space.

Relaxed spring break

Better than a hotel for a family of 6. Made great use of the grill, and close walk to the park for the kids to run and play. Overall quiet neighborhood about 30-40 minutes drive to the beach/ touristy things.

Quiet, clean and comfortable stay

Place was clean, had no issues, everything worked, host was communicative and friendly, easy to get to, location was perfect - central to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again Suggestion: I arrived at night and lights were off so it took a bit longer to find the house. Labelling the light switches will also help new guests

Location for Tampa Bay and Clearwater

The location was in a clean neighborhood, close to walking trails and centrally located for all our activities at the beach; Phillies; boating; golf; dinning; etc.

Christmas Getaway

Spent Christmas with our son who lives in Palm Harbor. This home was perfect. Everything was 5 stars. I am not one for writing reviews,but we need to give high praise for the owner. They met all our needs and beyond. The home was perfect, Clean, well supplied, i.e.towels etc. The neighborhood was quiet throughout the day and night. Perfect location for a vacation and /or rest. Great home base our our family.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had a group of five adults and one teen. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining area and gathering in the living room. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms worked well. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We were here visiting family and had a busy weekend. Resting in this home was so nice. I would rent this home again.

Home away from home!!!

This property truly felt like my home. It was very clean. The owner provided everything and more you could possibly need. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants, Ruth Eckerd Hall, etc. To improve the already amazing experience is to have a book in the property with a welcome letter, instructions on how to operate the TV and places near by. A desk lamp in the bedroom with the desk and a full size ironing board. It's the little things, but definitely had no negative impact on the overall experience. I WILL be renting this property again when in the area.
