The house said it slept 10 people with a pullout sofa and it did not have any pullout sofas. The house slept 8 people. False advertisement.

Enjoy Quiet Neighborhood

The house is so spacious. Even though there were some issues with the house but they took care of them quickly and often checked with us how we were doing. We enjoyed our stay.

Seabrook trip

Property is a wonderful entertaining space. Unusual configuration inside but nice individual living spaces. Porches were fabulous with the view. I would stay there again.

Beautiful location!

Came to Seabrook for our granddaughter’s golf tournament at Bay Oaks County Club in Houston. Loved the location and the views and the peaceful neighborhood but the property desperately needs updating and lots of TLC, especially outside . And what property doesn’t supply a toaster? The layout of the house is screwy but there are plenty of beds to choose from! Would we return if ever needed to come back to Houston—definitely! Just wish the kitchen was better equipped.

Dirty, run down, in need of maintenance

The house is in need of maintenance in many areas. It does not look like what is in the pictures. The jet tub switch is broken and does not work. The outdoor shower does not work. Many light bulbs around the deck are burnt out or missing. The gate leading to the door on top level is broken. Windows are dirty. There is no swing or chairs or grill on the top level. The couch in the lower room was replaced with 2 twin beds.

Birthday party retreat

Spacious rooms, clean with all supplies needed. Quiet and appear to be sound proof walls. No neighbors complaints because of music. Wife were very satisfied with Surprise Birthday Party!! Only thing is the wires from the Tvs' needed to be covered or placed in a better order. Not appealing. Overall Good place for family stay. Staff Coordinator was excellent. Always responded to my needs, no matter how late it was. Thank you.

Great time

While the house is not quite as in shape as the pictures suggest, the neighbors were amazing and very welcoming ppl. Just don’t act like a bunch or hood rats partying all night and you will have a great experience. View is amazing, tides rolling in and absolute amazing sunrise. Will be back next year

Not Happy and Didn’t Go

We had rented the property to have a small family gathering for my daughter’s gender reveal. According to the website it was a good property for family gatherings, corporate retreats, and large groups of friends and says it sleeps 10 (only 4 of us were staying). The Wednesday before our arrival, they call to tell us that we can only have 8 people there at a time, inside or outside. I informed them of what the information online states and was told that they are in the middle of updating the information. I told them the reason we were having the get together there and was basically told “oh well” and no budge on the number of people. When I asked for my money back due to their own negligence of not informing online how many people can be there at one time and now I would have to look for a new place to have the gender reveal, I was told that I could only have a credit to one of their homes to rent later. Even after taking it to the manager, she wouldn’t help either. I suggest double checking with this company before you book otherwise you may not get what you think you are getting.

Seabrool stay

Vees house is a wonderful stay with plenty of room. We all enjoyed ourselves and never felt crammed. My personal favorite feature was hearing the waves crashing all the time. Brought a sense of tranquility to me. Would def recommend!
