Caprice picked us up at the airport as we walked out, drove us to the AMAZING home, quickly walked us through the place, and left us the keys to the truck for the duration of our stay. The home is beautiful, and the pool and access to the ocean are incredible! Some of the best snorkeling and diving we did all week was right off the back of the house!

The location is amazing along with the privacy. Walking over to Delfins or a minute drive to Ocean Oasis to grab food was super simple. There is also a neighborhood grocery store right up the street for amenities. The bedrooms have AC but the upstairs living room and kitchen do not. The breeze through the kitchen meant it was 5-10 degrees than the living room which made a big difference during the trip due to the heat (90’s with real feel up to 110). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there were even some items left over from prior renters that were utilized. Cooktop and oven worked like a charm. The water is extremely hot if doing dishes by hand so be forewarned. We hooked up our fire stick to the tv so we could have NFL and MLB games on in the background while cooking and hanging out. They also have a large JBL speaker you can bring downstairs and connect to Bluetooth with that worked great!The pool is set up perfectly to sit in and look out to the ocean. Sunsets are amazing but since you are facing west, shade is at a minimum so hats and sunglasses are necessary full time until the sun sets. It was fun seeing all the little crabs coming up the sea wall.Beds were super comfortable and easily fell asleep. Like the rain showers and good water pressure. There is no door on the bathroom so that is something to be aware of.The truck was an amazing addition and allowed up to explore the island without concern or worry.

Love the open air

I have stayed at this house before. It is wonderful. Very clean open and an amazing view of the ocean. Can't wait till I can stay here again.

Perfection in paradise

The photos don’t do this property justice. We had the most amazing week, and our third time back to Bonaire. Pick up was perfect and we were whisked away to paradise as soon as we stepped out of the airport. We especially loved the outdoor concept of the home with 4 bedrooms with master baths behind sliding doors. Open kitchen and dining/living room. We just didn’t spend much time upstairs there because the pool/lounge area was so amazing. We snorkeled off the front side, we saw flamingos fly by every am. And we saw dolphins one morning! Yay!!! The truck was great, immaculate. I got a flat one day (my fault) and the owner personally picked us up, got the truck loaded up that afternoon and fixed and dropped back off to us in just a few hours! How’s that for customer service. We 100% are staying here again next trip to Bonaire. Hands down the nicest rental home we have ever stayed in.

Snorkeled every day. Pool and ocean access were fantastic! Nearby restaurants were wonderful. Great location. Great accommodations. Loved it all!!

A well appointed villa in a diving paradise

We loved our stay and would return again and again. Having both the use of the truck and rinse tanks/equipment drying lines was super beneficial to our diving vacation.

We keep coming back.

This is our 4th year renting this property and we are already booked for next year. The property sits on the water and we listen to the waves all night. All bedrooms have air conditioning but opening the windows allows a breeze to blow through. The living rest of the house is open air allowing for beautiful views. We have rented 9 other houses on Bonaire but only this one more than once and we continue coming back.

A Jewel

The villa exceeded our expectations. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Efficient air conditioning and delightful pool. This place with its own coral reef and beautiful vista is truly a jewel. The owners and manager were ever so helpful and answered all questions and dealt with problems promptly. Danki to Melanie, Stefan and Dennis. We will try to return asap.

Just amazing!

Loved this place from the get-go. Dennis made our arrival easy with a pick up from the airport and an in-person walk through of the place. Melanie and Dennis helped make my friend’s birthday special by picking up a pumpkin pie and having it there to surprise her upon arrival. (Thank you! 3) And the pre-stocked up snacks in the fridge were a sweet and thoughtful touch.The location was great. Sitting on the edge of the ocean and watching the colorful clouds and sun set, and the moon/stars rise every night, was breathtaking. We heard the parrots in the morning and the wild donkeys at night.The pool was always so clean and inviting.Any time we needed anything, Dennis was prompt in his response.We were there in a bit of the rainy season, so mosquitos were a pain in the evening, but the house had some repellent on hand which helped.My only complaint was starting our trip here - our next place in Curaçao was equally beautiful, but was constantly compared to this place on Bonaire, it just never lived up to it! Oh how we missed Dennis, and all that the house on Bonaire provided. Hope to come back again someday. Thank you!

Snorkeling and diving in your backyard

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving week in Bonaire. The property is beautiful with lots of room to clean and hang your gear after your dives. We used the pool and watched the ocean view many times a day. Dennis, the property manager, met us at the airport and drove us to our VBRO. At the house, Dennis had purchased some drinks and some snacks which were greatly appreciated. He was super helpful with dinner reservations and suggestions. The only issue and has nothing to do with the VBRO. We went during rainy season and the mosquitos and no-see ums are bad during dusk and dawn. The kitchen and living room are open air and we could not use them during these hours. We will be back next year.

Perfect home base for all our Bonaire adventures

Comfortable 2 story house with en-suites in each of the 4 (air conditioned) bedrooms gave my group privacy and the open floor plan of both levels allowed us to enjoy the breezes and sounds of the ocean right in front of us. Amazing location away from the cruise ship chaos but right next to things we needed. We enjoyed gorgeous snorkling off the deck anytime we wanted in addition to lounging by the pool. The kitchen was kindly stocked with delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival so we didn’t have to run out for provisions right away which was amazing! We took advantage of the truck rental and appreciated the big size, quality, and comfort it afforded us while exploring the island. They even had a rinse tank and line for our scuba gear. Hosts were extremely responsive when the grill had issues and they replaced it promptly with a charcoal grill so we could still enjoy cooking out by the pool. Really an A+ experience all around - can’t wait to go back!

Great for divers!

Great place to stay on the southern end of the island. Probably the best set up for divers we have seen with a large rinse tank and a place to hang wetsuits and BCD’s right near it. August was a hot time to be there and the AC in the upstairs bedrooms worked hard due to the slats and screens on the windows but the downstairs bedrooms were fine for sleeping. It is a new place and just right for what we needed which is to dive, float in the pool and have drinks watching the fantastic sunsets. Our host was extremely attentive and responsive.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and well stocked. Dennis was the greatest welcoming and checkin person ever. He was very informative and offered quite a few tips about the island. Would definitely stay here again. We are looking into another trip with for couples. Thank you to the owners, also. They were great!

Great stay

This property is awesome. Beautiful view of ocean with nice pool. Pelicans and seagulls hang out there, and flamingoes fly by every day. Bring a table fan for your room in case it gets really hot outside, but there are mini split air conditioners in each bedroom. Great location and the owners and staff are very nice and responsive if you need anything.

Best spot on Bonaire

Dennis made check in easy and even stocked some basics in our refrigerator for us. The truck that came with the property was clean and new. This is the perfect place for four couples in a quiet area but close enough to town. This was our third year renting this property and will be back again.

I have never been so relaxed on a beach vacation until we stayed here. Great access to water for swimming and snorkeling. Or just sit and watch the water. Amazing!

Stephan“ and his wife „Melanie“ went to school and grew up in GERMANY. With an age of 17 years Stephan startet his own still activ company before he studied business. After growing up the company over a lot of years he met Melanie and they decided to realize Stephan‘s lifetimedream - a worldsurrounding with a high sea catamaran. After 2 years sailing in the Mediterranean Sea they already had there first child „Fynn“ and the second boy „Leiff-Ocean“ was on the way as they crossed the Atlantik from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia. After cruising 3 years in the Caribbean Sea they felt in love with Bonaire. They lived another 1,5 years in front of Bonaire on the boat and started the new Projekt to build a modern styled waterfront villa. In between Leiff- Ocean and Fynn are going to school and they speak German, Dutch, English and Papiamento.
