マスターベッドルームは下の階に位置し、キングベッド、バスタブ付きの広い専用浴室、シャワー付きウォーク、洗面化粧台シンク、クローゼット付きウォークがあります。プライベートの1階、オーシャンビュー、ラウンジチェア付きの屋外ベランダをお楽しみください。 2番目のマスターベッドルームにもキングベッドとフルエンスイートのバスルームと階下に位置しています。最上階には、フルベッド2台と専用バスルーム付きのゲスト用ベッドルームがあります。メインリビングエリアにはゲスト用のハーフバスルームもあります。

この2階建てのタウンハウスには、セントラルエアコン、フルサイズの洗濯機/乾燥機、専用ガレージ、2台目の車を走らせるための車道の向こう側への屋根付き車のポート、ビーチチェアやビーチタオルなどのプール��あります。

Great time in Wailea!

We had an amazing time in Wailea and the proximity of our unit couldn’t have been better. It was close to shops, the best beaches and ice cream. We loved having our own private garage and the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs were an added bonus. Dinner on the lanai were amazing watching the sunset. Will definitely want to stay here again. CB was very helpful and professional throughout our stay.

Beautiful way to experience Maui in luxury

This property had it all, view, upscale accommodations and all the amenities you need to make your stay perfect. Our family enjoyed cooking, the pool and gym. It was an excellent experience.

Reviewer Comments: From the initial connection with the team to book our vacation, up until 5 minutes before we left the property on our last day, the experience was terrific. Allison and Felicity demonstrated amazing customer service and it made a big difference. The person who arrived as we were leaving was another story - condescending rude, and a large disappointment to the end of an amazing vacation. This is, unfortunately, reflected our score below.

Great location

The only reason not to give 5 stars is lanai furniture cushions were not very comfortable. Needs to be replaced. Other than that a fantastic spot to be in Wailea!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time over thanksgiving week at this villa. The unit was just as described. Fully furnished and super clean. All the beds were very nice and comfortable. The entire unit was super spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around or just have their own space. Management was super responsive on all questions and excellent easy instructions. Will definitely go back the next chance we get!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. Everything was immaculate and the hosts even provided us with some tasty snacks and playing cards to welcome us to their property. The location was wonderful - just a quick 3-5 min (drive) to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The property is exactly as pictured and the view from the lanai is beautiful. The only feedback I would give the hosts is to place dressers (even if they were somewhat small) in the two smaller rooms. Other than that, this place was perfect and we would highly recommend it, as well as, stay there again.

Outstanding villa with amazing sundets

We truly enjoyed our stay at 17-3 Ho’olei. As part of our special birthday celebration we needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The villa provided privacy for family members and at the same time we had wonderful communal happy hours and dinners on the large lanai . There is a terrific outdoor grill and a fabulous kitchen which made preparation and small group get togethers delightful. The area is gorgeous and gated. There is an enchanting pool within walking distance and the beach is a short ride away. Along the beach, there is a 2 mile walking path for sunset strolls and happy hour hopping between magnificent hotels. Ho’olei itself is quiet, close to restaurants and well lit. The management staff at CB was outstanding. Allison helped us with early check in and Felicity advised on activities as well as ensured a quick response to a small leak in washing machine. She checked up on us regularly. We could not have asked for more attention. Ho’olei is a beautiful place for adults only or those with families. In September , we felt like we had the community and the island to ourselves . It was a dream trip come true.
