Bruce was a wonderful host with a lot of information and help before we even arrived. The house was clean and well taken care of and in a great location! Definitely would be looking to book again if in the area.

Excellent Stay

Had a family get together and enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the quiet back porch and a very good kitchen. Bruce did an excellent job of communicating with us on things to do.

Enjoyed our stay. Communication with property owner excellent. The home was nice and in a quiet neighborhood with a good fenced in backyard. We would recommend.

This was my second time to stay at this home and it was a wonderful experience. We were there for over a week and Bruce checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know about different activities in town. He even helped me ship some things back so I was able to get home to my kids a day early. 5 stars all around!

Rooster house in Pawhuska.

We had a great time in Pawhuska for the 4th of July at the rooster house! Bruce gave us lots of information about the area and always checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was clean, cool, well decorated and so comfortable. Having a sink in every room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Girl’s weekend

Property was clean and Bruce was very easy to communicate with. Sent us links to let us know things to do in the area. Property was close to the mercantile. Would stay there again if ever in Pawhuska.

Girls Trip

Lovely home with plenty of room for 5 women on a Girls Trip. Close to downtown Pawhuska & shopping. Loved the Pioneer Woman decor! Very nice in every respect. Appreciated tips from property manager regarding things to do in the area.

Wonderful Get Away in Pawhuska

This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO's we have rented and we have rented quite a few. Beautifully decorated and clean. Lots of kind gestures such as water, snacks and such. We hope to return again soon. Bruce was very informative and an excellent host.

Mother’s Weekend

My sister and I and my best friend, took our mothers to Pawhuska for a Mother’s Day gift. What a fabulous place to stay. The host was VERY responsive and provided all the information we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. Great space for lounging and cooking together. We truly had a wonderful time and a lot was due to this great property and terrific host.
