Wonderful private villa for 5 guests with WIFI, A/C, private pool, TV, patio and panoramic view

La Capinera is a nice holiday home (75 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in two bedrooms with three bathrooms. La Capinera is located 4 km (2 mi) from Montopoli In Val D'arno, Italy and only 39 km (24 mi) from Pisa. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

What to Expect
The house, which is located on the same estate as Le Rondini (also in our program), is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
