Mooi (enigszins gedateerd maar comfortabel) ingericht huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, wekelijkse schoonmaak en vervanging bed en linnengoed. Prachtige omgeving. Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Garten in großartiger Alleinlage

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche vor allem im traumhaften Garten und Pool verbracht und in vollen Zügen genossen. Dank der tollen Lage der Villa ist man völlig ungestört. Und egal in welche Richtung man zu kleineren Ausflügen startet: es warten wunderschöne toskanische Bergdörfer mit sehr guten Restaurants. Auch sonst bietet die Gegend mit Kirchen und Natur eine Menge, ohne ansatzweise touristisch überlaufen zu sein.

My family and I stayed at Casale Giulio late May 2019. It was a wonderful time. The house is an old farmhouse that is surrounded by beautiful fields of wheat, cypresses, olive groves and a wide variety of wild flowers. It is a truly beautiful area. The views of Mt. Cetona were spectacular. The general area is very beautiful with beautiful houses nearby that are pleasant to look at from afar. The town of Cetona is beautiful and serene. Very quaint. Be mindful that the nearest grocery store keeps odd hours and was on one occasion closed when it should have been opened. The owner is a great guy and very helpful. The neighbor lady farms the fields adjacent to the house and the home owner owns them as well. She was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is that the owner provide a barbecue for outdoor and a ‘American’ style drip coffee maker. Just be aware that the house is old and there are some minor inconveniences such as a long wait for hot water. But overall a great experience and in my view a good deal for the price. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity were to arise. Dan, Arizona USA.

Wonderful house in a stunning location. The owners are extremely warm, friendly and helpful, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this place. It's even better than it looks in the photos - the driveway is especially beautiful. The closest town Cetona is exactly what you hope for in a small, traditional, rustic village where you can get everything you need or relax with the locals, good restaurants options etc

In Casale Giulio we were very happy and felt home in some minutes. It's an amazing place with a great view over tuscany panorama. Silent, spacious, wonderful park, authentic furnished and clean. Cetona Village needs some minutes by car, but it provides all you need. A lot of thanks to Giulio and his mother for your attentively and courteous welcome and help! Also the service of EasyReserve was great and very helpful!!

In Casale Giulio we were very happy and felt home in some minutes. It's an amazing place with a great view over tuscany panorama. Silent, spacious, wonderful park, authentic furnished and clean. Cetona Village needs some minutes by car, but it provides all you need. A lot of thanks to Giulio and his mother for your attentively and courteous welcome and help! Der Empfang und die Informationen waren sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder einmal ins Casa Giuliano. This villa is beautiful! It sits up on a hill with gorgeous views. When you turn into the long driveway there is a long line of Cypress trees on both sides lining the drive. We mostly lived in the back room which has glass on 3 sides. The inside is very clean, lots of windows & has 3 bathrooms. It has a lot of personal items which make it a home, as opposed to the usual rental properties.It was love at first sight. When I was first looking I hestitated due to the lack of references & the open availability (meaning it wasn't a popular rental). But I found out when I arrived that it is a fairly new rental due to a death in the family.The owners & housekeeper were very nice & extremely helpful. Judy P, Boynton Beach, FL
