A very nice flat in a very nice Place. Very best to Siena and Arezzo. Its only a little loud, if there is a Nugget group of people in the flat above yours, as it was in our case.

Sehr schön, uhrig und gemütlich.

Das alte Steinhaus wurde mit viel Liebe wieder hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht von der Terrasse in Richtung Süden ist einmalig. Sobald man aus dem Haus auf die Terrasse geht wird man von einem Rosenduft überrascht und das Frühstücken unter diesem Rosendach auf der Terrasse hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Eine Erfrischung im Pool mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Hügel der Toskana ist ebenfalls etwas ganz Besonderes. Der einzige Nachteil ist die 2 km lange Zufahrt auf unbefestigter Straße mit einem normalen PKW. Die Straße ist sehr ausgefahren sodass man nur im 1 Gang fahren kann ohne dass man sich die Bodengruppe des PKW beschädigt. Wer einen Geländewagen besitzt hat diesbezüglich kein Problem.

Eine Bleibe im nirgendwo. Sauber, Liebevoll gestalltet, traumhafter Blick ins Land.... Einfach Herrlich zum abschalten. Auch mit Kind kein Problem da viel Wiese und der Pool zum spielen einladen. Kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden

Me and my girlfriend booked a stay in Orietta 1 for a week. The appartment is actually above Colonna Del Grillo and not exactly in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The host did not speak English but she has some help in a young lad who spoke english really well. The appartment is clean, nicely furnished and overall really really cool. The exterior is beautiful, the view is amazing. The host provided the pool just as agreed on 1st of May and not a day later. All in all, I can say that the booking was extremely good value for money. The only thing that I've seen for the first time anywhere is that you have to pay for gas that you used at the end, which is kind of weird. Everything else was just terrific, I would recommend Orietta 1 to everyone. Cheers

Immersi nel silenzio più assoluto, il massimo del rumore sono i galoppi dei cavalli o i grugniti dei cinghiali che ogni tanto si avvicinano alla proprietà. Per raggiungere il podere ci sono circa 2,5 km di strada sterrata ben tenuta. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati e in tipico stile campagnolo. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Fantastic location surrounded by nature, stunning views and gracious hospitality. Immersed in absolute silence, the only noises are the gallop of the horses or the grunts of wild boars that occasionally come close to the property. To reach the farm there are about 2.5 km of well maintained gravel road. The apartments are well maintained and in typical country style.

Great pick, quiet surrounding of olive plantations with the occasional visit of rabbits and deer. 2.5 km unpaved private road leads to house, so be ready for a bumpy ride to the house and back. Owners are very kind. Highly recommendable.
