It is situated in the South-Western part of Sardinia, at 1,5 km from Porto Pino, a seaside location which takes its name from the wide surrounding pine forest. The area is renowned for its beautiful 4 km long bay with sandy beaches and majestic white dunes enhancing the blue color of the sparkling sea. At the end of the bay is a totally wild beach part of a military zone accessible only in summer. A special attraction are also the several ponds in the surroundings, where it is possible to admire amazing pink flamingoes which complete a natural picture of a unique beauty. Some of the beaches are equipped with shaded areas and offer several services such as boat rentals and kiosks. Casa dei Lentischi lays on a single level in a private position, surrounded by the characteristic Mediterranean Macchia, rich in green vegetation, enjoying sea-views from different points on the property. The house has access to two small sandy beaches among the rocks - one at just 100 meters and the other 700 meters away - which are oriented in opposite directions, thus granting always protection from the typical Sardinian winds. The interior has a traditional Sardinian feel and is furnished in a simple yet elegant seaside style. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and most of them have direct access to a covered patio, allowing fully privacy to each couple. The largest covered patio offers a furnished sitting/dining area with a large barbecue (at the back of the portico) ideal for outdoor meals. A small yet pleasant swimming pool has been placed on the deck terrace ideal for relaxing enjoying beautiful sea-views. The property offers also the possibility to hire at extra cost a private rubber boat with the assistance of a local seaman giving the opportunity of visiting the wonderful unpopulated coasts and beaches around Capo Teulada, diving swimming and taking bath in some of the most beautiful places of South Sardinia.
