Walking distance of Everything!

Wonderful place to stay, the host is amazing! Will stay here again! It's located right smack in the middle of where you want to be. This is the Miami you want to visit! Stay away from the poorly maintained boutique hotels at South Beach. Stay here instead. You will not regret it.

Great stay!

Stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay. The property is so spacious and clean and the hosts are so kind and accommodating. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Will definitely be back next time I’m in miami. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Alberto was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He allowed us to drop off our luggage early so that we didn't have to carry it all around or leave it in a hot car. It was a great perk to have a spot to park our car as well. The casita was more spacious than we expected, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to Calle Ocho, so we could easily explore the area many times during our stay. Loved all the tasty food, the murals, and the music of Little Havana. We wished we'd had more time to enjoy even more meals there! We'd definitely stay again the next time we're in the area!

Amazing

Very nice place to stay. Just a few steps from 8th Street, where you'll find restaurants, bars and boutiques. Everything is perfect, I recommend this place without hesitation.

Location, Location, Location!

Location was a must in our trip but, Alberto was very quick in providing assistance and replied all our questions.It is a simple house but, with easy access, secure, all the amenities a family of 4 may need. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bus, touristic stops and within 3 to 5 blocks. I definitely recommend Alberto's place!

We try to stay here whenever we come to Miami

The place is always spotless and very quiet. Lots of things within walking distance or close by. Nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful 2 days at the guest house. Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Super convenient to Calle ocho. Alberto is an awesome hose and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Great place to enjoy Little Havana

We came as a family and had a wonderful time. The check in process was an easy one with great instructions sent prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, we were sent a list of recommendations for restaurants, to ice cream shop, etc. in the neighborhood that are walking distance Which we did take the recommendation of the ice cream shop, called Azucar. The home was clean and also had helpful information right on the desk to answer our questions. They even left a frame as a gift to take home that says “Llttle Havana 25” on the frame. Which we filled with a great family picture in front of Azucar. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to others. Very nice and communicative hosts.

This is a cute place to stay in a location convenient to all things Little Havana! This was our first trip to the area, and we were a little taken aback by all the barred-up windows and gates, until we realized that this is in part related to the Cuban culture. The property seemingly used to be a garage, so it is a little chopped up. There is a step into each room. So, if you have difficulty with more than a couple of steps, this may not be the place for you. Alberto was great about responding promptly, he gave a list of recommended places to eat that were within walking distance, as we did not have a car. We did not need one for this location. Grocery stores, laundromats, A LOT of restaurants, and even a Starbucks and the "Cuban" McDonald's are within walking distance. The house was well stocked with everything we would need during our stay. The house was a short ride from the Miami airport as well as to the Miami cruise port. Given the opportunity to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here.

First time visit to Miami

The guest house was comfy and had all we needed for a few nights. We walked to calle ocho and hit up a couple of restaurants and cafes. Owner left easy instructions and made great recommendations.

Fantastic place to experience Little Havana

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great value and location. We had everything we needed and then some. We didn't have a car with us, but if we did we would have been able to keep it behind a security gate. That is very reassuring.

Love it here!

This was our second time to stay and we loved it even more. Its a cozy welcoming place where we are able to walk to restaurants and stores. The locked gate and personal parking space make it a safe area with no worries. We will be back!

The guest house was perfect for me and my friends. Great location in quiet safe neighborhood that was only 15min uber to South beach and other popular locations. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and even emailed a list of the best locsl restaurants. Property offers washer and dreyer which was perfect for our sweaty clothes after sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfectly located, in the heart of Little Havana.

The communication with Alberto was fabulous. From the instructions to tips for excursions and going out. The accommodation was equipped with every comfort, clean, centrally located, and offered beach amenities like a cooler and beach umbrella. Additionally, parking was available in the driveway. We were only there for three nights, but could have stayed longer. So, gladly again. Thank you once more.

Quiet and easy access

This property is only a short drive from the airport and served well for a brief stay in Miami. The area is quiet but easily accessible with off street parking provided. Accommodations were adequate and issues were addressed promptly. It is only a very brief walk from lots of shops and restaurants along Calle Oche in Little Havanna. Enjoyed our stay.
