Overall experience was terrible ‼️
When we arrived the property was filthy i took Off my shoes to do a walk through of the house my feet were filthy with sand i did An emergency call to the property management at aroun 9 pm didn’t get a response until 10 am The next Day and the cleaning crew didn’t arrive until 3pm they were extremely rude the woman asked me “what did i not clean” they steam cleaned the couches on the second floor which delayed all of my plans because no one could it on the sofas due to them being soaking wet from the steam cleaning until 3-4 hours later the third floor bathrooms showers water was freezing cold on the hottest setting the microwave on the second floor went out during our stay the 1st floor bathrooms shower Was stopped up leaving the water leaking out of the shower when showers were attempted to be taken. Also the lights on the roof top we’re out so when i tried to have my memorial for my son it was ruined because there were no lights to see this experience was terrible the house was beautiful but overall i would Not stay here again for the money spent you would expect everything to be up to par but that was not my experience
