Another great stay

This was our second stay at Palm Breeze. We love the location and the property. Pleasantly surprised to see a number of additions, such as the covered deck upstairs in the back. Love the access to water, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing.

Great House and Wonderful Location

The check in process was simple and the house was fantastic! Had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The pool and deck were fantastic and made for a great setting for hanging out. The beach access was very nice as well and we were able to catch a few amazing sunsets. Would definitely recommend this house for a medium size group.

Sunshine & Amazing location!

We had the best weather for our Spring Break trip but still wasn’t warm enough in March for the pool - which we figured it wouldn't be. This house is AMAZING!Pros:Outside Areas - decks, kayaks, fire pit/beach Area.Spacious - the living accommodations are great! Space for everyone.Activities - pool table, shuffle board, corn hole boards, quick walk to the beach, fishing off the dock, laying by the pool, etc. Something for everyone!Necessities - beds are comfortable & hot water for everyone in the showers! Kitchen has everything you need. Ice Maker MY FAVORITE! Washer & dryer. Everyone having their own bathroom.Location - great neighborhood & close to everything.Check-Out - first time EVER it wasn't required to do some kind of housekeeping before leaving (only start dishwasher). LOVE THIS!Cons:If you can't do stairs, you won't be able to enjoy the upstairs living area, single bedrooms, upper deck or kitchen.Not really a con, but buy your own Toilet Paper, Paper Towels & Detergent.

Destin World Series 2024

The house was perfect for our family and friends stay for the week. The house was very clean, organized and just as advertised. The decks and pool were perfect for the kids. The game room was a hit as well. I recommend this listing for anyone who wants to stay close to the beaches, stores, and shopping for souvenirs!! Thanks Josh for your hospitality!!! We will definitely book again for our next trip to Destin.

WOW!!!!

This property is perfect for families looking to relax and just let go. The game room was a huge hit. The pool was great. So much to do within close proximity of home. We rented a pontoon for the week which was perfect. My family really enjoyed our week.

Very nice home on the canal

This home was perfect for our group, 2 families, on spring break. We fished off the back dock and walked to the beach every day. The place was clean and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay!

Bringing two families together

We loved this property! The house was perfect for us and the pool was so nice everyday. The location absolutely cannot be beat! Our walk to the private beach was fast. The neighborhood js lovely. We can't wait to make plans to return!

Pool house

So the house overall is very beautiful and we loved the area. When we first arrived everything seemed fine, the house was clean and checking in was a smooth process.The first problem we had was when we wanted to play shuffle board the score board didnt work, okay so we got some paper and a pen and keep the score like that. Second when we went to play pool we noticed that a few of the balls was missing, the 8 ball was 1 of them, now im upset because the reason we picked this home was became it jad a pool table. So I reached out to the property manager and even though they was nice about the situation, nothing got fixed. They told me they was gone order some balls for the pool table, they never came. They told me they couldnt do anything about the shuffle board. Also the patio door was broken so we could locked the house up good when we lfet, which i called and told them about it, I even sent pictures and nobody came and did anything about it. I wasnt going to leave this review , but nobody has contacted me, tried to accommodate me, I paid alot of money for this property and i just felt like I was ignored and the listing is false.

Absolutely PERFECT

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10!! The house is laid out amazing with each bedroom having its on bathroom. The outdoor space is absolutely amazing. We will DEFINITELY rent here again!

Perfect accomodations

Wonderful, clean and spacious home on the water. Bonfires every night, fishing from the dock and nice pool(even though the water was too cold for me in April). 4 bedrooms with private baths in each room and plenty of seating for my family! Will definitely rent here again! Thanks for a lovely time!

Outdoor haven!!

Loved this house. We were a group of 11 women and there was plenty of sleeping for everyone. Very roomy and the pool was amazing. We spent most of our time outside because it as amazing, the seating was perfect, the firepit came in real handy because the weather was a little cool at night. Absolutely loved everything and are already planning a return to this house, it just had everything we needed.

Amazing rental

This property was perfect for our combined family vacation of 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-13) to ring in the new year. So much to do at the house, shuffleboard, darts, Cornhole, pool, all the bowl games and the house set up was spacious. Gas fire pit outdoors and lots of enjoyable deck space. It was so amazing Every sleeping space had their own private bathrooms, which we loved. Being right on the canal allowed us to fish and kayak easily. Easy walk to the white sand beach. We had a couple minor maintenance issues while there and let the property manager know. Good communication. Our only downside was there was construction going on right next door (unavoidable or uncontrolled by the owners) --so every day from about 730am to 530pm there was hammering/construction noise while outside. We didn't care a whole lot because the place was paradise otherwise. My only improvement would be to suggest a pool heater. We couldn't use the pool because it was way too cold the last week of December. But we knew that we were taking a gamble renting without a heater this time of year. Take the trip!

Great property location close to crab island and accommodations

We loved staying in this home (Jul 19-23) and everything was great except one small thing, the dishes (pots/pyrex etc) were dirty. It seemed we had to washed anything we needed. It is not a big deal because we are used to giving it a quick rinse before using. However pots and pan had food scraps like they were never initially washed. There were no extra trash bags so need to take some. The other thing is that if you are brining a boat, there was only one cleat to tight up the boat, not very helpful. But we improvised... The room downstairs was a big hit for our teenagers, they spent hours playing pool and shuffle board. Overall great location and love the simple amenities like having the little beach, fireplace, cornhole, comfortable outdoor furniture. The wet bar in the living area/kitchen was wonderful to have for extra kitchen space. Beautifully done! The outdoor fans on the pool deck area did not work either. I called the property manager to ask if i had not found the right switch but he said he did not know and was going to send maintenance. They never came. The weather was nearly 100 degrees so we really wanted the outdoor fans but a sporadic breeze runs some and it helped. Overall it was a great vacation, 20min ride by boat to crab island which was where we wanted to spend our time. It was all well worth it!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Holiday Isle house that can accommodate a lot of people. Quick boat ride to Crab Island. Property location is nice and quiet. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Great stay!

Great location and great home! Exactly what our family was looking for…minus a few cockroach encounters! We enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer. We would highly recommend and would stay again!
