In CANET Plage, right in the center, a private owner is renting a 23 m² studio for 4 people in a residence.

The BEACH is 10 meters away, and the apartment is 150 meters from Place Méditerranée, where the main summer shows and events take place, as well as all the shops and the market.

Personalized welcome directly from the owners; flexible check-in and check-out times available. Self-check-in and check-out are also possible upon request, including for late arrivals.

4th and top floor without an elevator… perfect for staying in shape and for all body types! And a magnificent ocean view as your reward! A large sliding glass door has just been installed, making the view even more beautiful than in the photo!
We can help you carry your luggage up and down and meet you at the bus stop if you’re arriving by train and bus, for example.

Spacious and bright bathroom:

80 cm shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, provided they are house-trained and quiet.
