Louisville Short stay

Cute Cottage that was exactly as expected based on description and pictures. Home was clean with tasteful furnishings and amenities. We will certainly stay there again when we are back in town.

Downtown Louisville Bungalow

The property was perfect for us, just the right size. It was clean and well maintained. Backyard was pretty, we would have used it more if it weren't so hot. AC was a little spotty but it was also 100 degrees while we were there. Lenny was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Family time

Awesome location for city and mountain activities. Great deck and living spaces. Two couples were comfortable in charming old town home with all the necessary conveniences. We'll be back!

Above and Beyond

This home was tenderly cared for and immaculate, but also cozy and inviting. Most importantly, I had made a special request before I checked in, and Lenny met my request with his response that was beyond anything I could have imagined. Having owned a VRBO myself several years ago, I know just what makes one home above all the rest. And that’s the warmth and comfort that a caring owner/manager brings to your stay. Quaint and Comfortable

Such a lovely home. Just perfect for my son and I as we were visiting colleges in Colorado. Close to the very cute downtown area of Louisville. The home was clean and comfortable.

Amazing location

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great place to hang out for a couple of weeks. Easy access to restaurants and hiking/biking trails. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Great Little Place

We wanted to stay in Boulder but "settled" for this place. Turns out we much preferred this house and location to staying in Boulder. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked. There are two rooms, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. There was a deck in the back yard that was very nice. The photos don't really do the place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was wonderful. There are walking trails everywhere! We loved that you could walk to several places for dinner, drinks or treats. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Cozy Comfort

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was small, not fancy, but just right for my wife and I. It met all our needs. It was on a quiet street in a beautiful old, historic neighborhood. The Fall colors were in full bloom. Lennie responded quickly to a small issue we had and was courteous and helpful. We would rent it again without hesitation.

Cottage in central Louisville, Colorado

Well-appointed comfortable cottage. Although it is small, my wife, adult daughter, and I fit into it easily. Having two comfortable sitting areas besides the bedrooms and kitchen was a plus, as was off-street parking. The owner was very responsive regarding any questions. Especially for the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s easily walking distance from Louisville’s restaurants. Also, for runners, it’s about a mile run through quiet neighborhood streets to reach the Coal Creek trail.

Sweet Louisville bungalow

The house was perfect for our short stay in Louisville. This street is considered the most desirable location by business owners in town and we agree. Very nice neighborhood and the owner provided us with everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

I was born and raised on the East Coast in Shelton, Ct. My family moved to Boulder, CO in 1984 where I went to high school. Between 1988-1998 I graduated from Arizona State University and then spent 5 years traveling the world. It was during my world travels that I gained a great appreciation for different cultures and societies. I have been selling and leasing real estate here in the Denver Market since obtaining my real estate license in 2003. My goal is to bring the Denver Experience to all travelers through accommodations that are modern and functional. For outdoor enthusiasts this property is located within minutes to the Coal Creek Biking Trail that goes for miles, hiking paths, and parks.
