- A beautiful living room, opening to the garden, with sofa, TV and high counter with bar stools.
- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need during your stay.
- A bedroom with a roomy queen size bed and a spacious closet.
- A shower room.
- Separate toilets.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station or 20 minutes by bus or by private driver for which our Concierge Service can arrange for you.
You have your own car? A private parking spot is available for you within the property, as well as free street parking around the building.

Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district of Cannes, the surroundings will offer you a quaint “village” atmosphere just like everyone loves…
Within a 5-minute walk you will reach all shopping options for your daily needs: supermarkets, butcher shop, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser…
Want to go to the center of Cannes and its points of interest? Follow the famous Croisette seafront boulevard and reach the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, between the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.
The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as a public parking less than a 1-minute walk away.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
