Ice and snow storm

With expected road closure for our last day of stay, they refused to refund our last night. Not concerned at all with our safety. The “free attraction tickets” are a joke. Will not stay again.

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

I had children, grandchildren, a niece and the home accommodated us all perfectly. Easy drive to all the Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge attractions. So much better than multiple hotel rooms. The family time was amazing after a long day of play. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Exceptional property

This place was amazing! It was such a clean and accommodating home for the 10 people we had. Pool was great and all amenities were great! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting gatlinburg in the future. Close to town but also far enough away that it was so beautiful and full of nature. You will absolutely see bears and other wildlife but they keep the place so clean it is no need to worry!

Fantastic!!

Great location and a very clean cabin! Wi-Fi is suspect but knew that going in from reviews I had read earlier…didn’t care though. Would stay at Head Over Hills again!

Amazing

The property was beautiful and quiet. It provided a perfect getaway for friends. The rooms were great. The games and hot tub helped create a relaxing environment. We had no issues.

Beautiful Place!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the "Head over Hills" cabin!!! It was clean and beautiful! My only suggestion would be to have hangers in every bedroom closet and a luggage rack. Overall, it was excellent and we'd stay again if in the area.

Perfect cabin

Property was ready on time, clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything worked and we had absolutely no problems at all. Property manager called twice though out our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Conveniently located close to everything but yet was quite and peaceful. Best of all was that we were able to bring my fur baby!

Property was more than we expected-photos provided online certainly don't do it justice. Everything was clean and, generally, well carded for. We were disappointed in some simple amenities- e.g. 2 pods were provided for dishwasher use (9 people, 5 nights???), one set of towels per person, no additional towels for hot tub use, no cleaning "stuff" whatsoever. You expect the home to be left clean (e.g. all dishes washed) but don't provide the tools to do so.

The Property was very nice. WIFI WAS BAD!

Overall the property was very clean and nice. The only complaint I have is the wifi did not work. The property included TVs and even a theater room which we didn’t even get to use since the wifi was down. I called three times and every time I called they said they would let management or maintenance know (I can’t remember).

2021 Family Weekend

The neighborhood and home were nice. It was so neat to see all the homes are just alike (like a small community). The home was perfect. Loved the game room which had a pool table, video game and air hockey. The hot tub and sauna were great. Loved the movie theater. It was one of our favorite places. The only thing that was lacking was the WiFi. The signal strength was weak which wasn’t that big of a deal. We did have a few screaming teenagers staying next door. We just turned on the bathroom fan and slept great. The house was located just 1/2 mile from the best food in Gatlinburg and the grocery store.
