We stayed here this past weekend for a race in Savannah and had a good overall experience. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials like pots, pans, a coffee maker, filters, and even creamer. The location was also a big plus—close to Forsyth Park and within reach of great dining and coffee spots. The main thing to note is that the home is smaller than expected for a group of six. The living room doesn’t have enough seating for everyone to comfortably gather, and there isn’t a proper dining table—only a small table with two chairs—so it was difficult for all of us to sit and eat together, especially since we had planned a pre-race dinner at the house. The bedrooms also don’t have dressers, only closets with hangers, which made it a bit challenging to unpack. As mentioned in the listing, the train does pass early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) and is quite loud. The neighborhood felt generally safe, but at times a bit uneasy for walking, especially if it were a smaller group.Overall, this is a clean, well-located place and worked well for our trip, but it may be better suited for smaller groups or those not planning to spend much time dining or gathering inside.
