Residence VILLA DU ROUSSILLON - Hidden away from view, this holiday cottage will charm you with its peaceful surroundings and lack of neighbours.
Single-storey and equipped for 6 people, it comprises:
Entrance via the courtyard with barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture, a living room with TV and sofa bed, a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, etc., a first bedroom with a double bed and access to the courtyard, a bathroom (shower) with washing machine, a separate toilet and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
Both bedrooms have storage space.
Numbered private parking. Pets welcome!
The plus: Close to local shops, a small shopping centre, the beach (800m away) and the port.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
