Old Man's Cave、Conkle's Hollow、RockHouseまで車でわずか15分です。

私たちは私たちのベッド＆ブレックファーストホッキングヒルズレンタルまたは私たちの他のバケーションレンタルのいずれかであなたをホスティングするのを楽しみにしています

Enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the Terrace Room which was very clean, and had a nice amount of space with a loveseat, chair and rocking chair. Small soaps are provided, and water pressure in the shower is amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast provided on the weekend. The staff cooking breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. It would be nice if the TV was on a swivel as it's current angle it's hard to watch from the bed, but you can sit in the loveseat to watch it. I would stay here again, nice, quiet property and within 20 mins of OU

Awesome house

Terrace room is located right off of the dining area but it's the only room that has outside entrance. All in all it was a nice little stay.

Hocking hills B&B

Primrose house is a beautiful home, rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing every morning.Only downfall was the hot tub was not heated in the winter and not usable- would have been nice to know prior to booking since it’s listed as an amenity. Would stay again

Weekend getaway

This place was so cute and clean. Very unique with lots of character. All rooms have their own bathroom which was very unexpected. The morning breakfast was to die for better than any restaurant quality. We will stay here again!!

Nice B and B option close to Athens

Nice old house with interesting character, parking in rear. Room was spotless, breakfast offered many freshly made options each day. Short walk to historic Nelsonville center. Only suggestion would be adding blinds or shades in addition to sheers. Would recommend and stay again.

Breakfast was great every morning with enough for seconds. The host was pleasant to meet. The neighbor's dog barked a lot, but we were able to drown out the noise with a fan. It barked more when someone was using the hot tub. I wasn't sure about the neighborhood; it seemed ok, but didn't stay outside to find out.

Cozy stay with a great location

Wonderful place to stay. The house is beautiful, our room was clean, warm, comfortable and cozy. The property is close to many great dining options as well as a good location for exploring the Hocking Hills area. The neighborhood was quiet and breakfast was good, a very solid continental breakfast with coffee, French toast, eggs, hasbrowns, and bacon. The check-in process wasn't intuitive but they sent an email explaining the process and it wasn't overly difficult; also the last that checked us in gave us a full list of activities and amenities in the area. Fully recommend!

We would very impressed with everything. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away. We will be back sometime soon.

Comfortable seating in room

Was nice to have comfortable seating in the room. Bed seemed like a double, not a queen. Wasn't very comfortable. Rug was dirty or stained but otherwise room was clean. Wasn't overly comfortable with the location. Breakfast was warm and ok for a continental breakfast.

Cozy, warm, historical B&B stay!

It was overall wonderful! Had our wedding anniversary celebration in Hocking Hills doing hiking and kayaking activities. Found this Primrose B&B place to stay and didn’t disappoint. Located in Nelsonville cute little town, few mins walk to restaurants and Hocking Valley scenic train, 30 mins drive to Hocking Hills tourist spots, also Logan lake and Wayne Forest is close. Check in/out process and communication is good. Breakfast is delicious! Jennifer our housekeeper deserves appreciation.Only the water pot needs to be replaced as its has some rust on it. Otherwise it was a decent and memorable stay! We also booked in Terrace room it has a separate backdoor entrance close to where we parked our car, easy way to load/unload our things. :)

At first our room looked clean, but after finding ants on a side table that we moved when the person for the house came in to wipe it down, there were plenty of cobwebs. Any seemed to be coming thru the walls, which does seem like an infestation. We didn't want a spray so bait traps were put out. The morning breakfast was cold, and not very appetizing. Bacon was extremely hard. Only gluten free pancakes were served. So the next day we left and got breakfast at a diner. The outside of the home was overgrown with weeds and dead plants. There were no lights to get to the hot tub that had a cover in it, it was around the back side of the house. But, all in all you get what you pay for, this was not very expensive.

Would stay again

While the house is in an older neighborhood. it was clean & comfortable and well located for our activities. Breakfast for the weekend was good with made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, biscuits & sausage gravy. My only negative comment is about the check-in process. We arrived at the house only to discover there was no way in. Another guest arrived and informed us we needed to go to a local business to check-in and receive keys. It seems to me that the location of the key pick-up and the check-in times could easily be included in the email confirmation eliminating confusion & anxiety for guests.

A very pleasant stay!

The pictures in the advertising do not quite capture how lovely this place is, not just the bedroom but the entire setting including the available kitchen, the porches and an attractively landscaped garden, visited by a wild box turtle while we were there. Because of staff vacation breakfast which was excellent was served across the street. Not a problem for us.

Beautiful house, the gentleman who owns it is very nice, his wife Jen not as friendly but great cook. When we first arrived we were really worried as all the surrounding houses were very run down, and the neighbors were in a group of 6 outside drinking and working on their cars, we also at first had to park in the road. Once in the house it is absolutely beautiful, the room was very nice, clean, and big. Breakfast was good, but crowded. If you only expect to sleep in Nelsonville and then travel to the surrounding areas this is a great place to stay.
