The property is excellent, very well presented with everything you could need. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with Perth on the doorstep. Many things to do and places to visit. Would highly recommend.

Great!

I highly recommend this property. It is excellent for location and is very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The stables nearby add interest with the ponies passing nearby on a regular basis.

beautiful home from home comfort in stunning location

The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spacious- we really loved our stay. Such a warm welcome too. We loved watching the horses and the little walk around the woods and fountain. wonderfully clean and with everything we could possibly need. we also loved Ben the dog, who made sure we were fine too !

Towerview cottage 4

We loved this cottage. It is immaculately presented, well equipped, spacious and has a very homely feeling. A great place to relax and unwind. The owner Susan and her relatives in cottage 2 made us feel very welcome and provided some really useful information about our planned day trips. We hope to return in the near future.

Remarkable inside & out!

We stayed in this property for two weeks and never had an issue. Besides us, there were three other families that were staying in adjoining houses and we would meet daily for breakfast and dinner. The spaces within the house (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & and lounge) were all very spacious and comfortable. Because the highways are easily accessible and downtown Perth is 10 minutes away…we did everything! We had an amazing time & can’t wait to get back there!!

Much needed and appreciated break with the family

We have been here before and will hopefully be back many times again. Everyone is so friendly, approachable, helpful and caring. Everything about the stay(s) from the house and area to the friendly face of Ben and the horses have felt very welcoming right from day one. Hope to be back soon!

This property was superb! The setting is beautiful and the whole layout so relaxing. Only there for 4 nights, would have loved to stay a month.

Another lovely stay at Tower View

Great accommodation in a great location. Everything we needed to make our precious holiday a success. Near enough to town and the road network to go east, north, south or west, but sooooo quiet and peaceful. Joined by friends who were very impressed with the cottage and the surrounding area. Lovely walks from the door step and a wealth of places to visit and things to do within easy access. The cottage is very spacious and the showers are brilliant. Kitchen has everything you need for holiday catering. Didn't bring our dogs this time but we have in the past and it has been wonderful for them. A charge point for our electric car would have been a bonus - we'd be happy to pay for use but the convenience would have been wonderful. Maybe something for the future. However, have to say that Scotland has got it's act together on this front so there are lots about. Get a Chargeplacescotland card and your set up!

Excellent property with friendly owners

We stayed for four nights. Property spacious and spotlessly clean. Sun was shining and the area was spectacularly scenic with lovely walks nearby. Horse riding, kayaking and gokarting all nearby for the kids. Great place!

Beautiful accommodation

We stayed in coach house 4 which was very spacious as well as beautifully furnished and equipped. Lovely views at the back And well suited for anyone disabled (except steps to go down into the main sitting room not suitable for wheelchairs). The house was spotlessly clean and lots of Covid related kit had been provided. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. We hope to return

The perfect stay for the whole family :)

The coach houses are located on the Kinnoull hill with pretty views and trails all around. Our girls loved being able to watch horses all day long and we enjoyed the quietness and nature around us. The apartment was extremely clean (and I'm very picky with that), well-furnished and also the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect place to stay, especially with Covid going on. We'll definitely be back. See you :)

Return visit

Another return visit to Scotland for new year. We love the location of this cottage as really central with lots to do in Perth - shopping, restaurants, swimming, skate park, cinema, go Karting, culture and nature. Also love kinhoull hill being so close for nice walks and bike tracks. The cottage is lovely, very spacious and homely and Susan is very helpful

Fabulous Cottage

We have stayed a few times now at Kinfauns Cottages. The cottage is immaculate comfortable and very well equipped. The surrounding area totally beautiful with fabulous walks. Also close to Perth if you want to pop to shops. We totally love it

We have stayed in these properties 8 times now which shows how much we value the peaceful location and yet just a 2 minute drive into Perth. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your holiday special. I can highly recommend the Coach Houses.

Rewind Attenders

The coach house was very comfortable and we loved using the fully utilised kitchen to cook meals. The outdoor table and chairs were great as we could eat and relax outside. Would highly recommend the coach house.
