Résidence très calme et agréable. Piscine et emplacement au top! La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer malheureusement.

Tutto perfetto, unica piccola pecca il w- fi poco funzionante all'interno della casa, solo in terrazza..Per il resto soggiorno meraviglioso.

great location!

The location of the appartment is great! Also the swimming pool was very nice. The app. was good, bedroom and the bed itself was very small and also the two separate beds are only for kids. Cooling of the appartement was difficult with only vans, an airconditioning should be a good investment and i think people are willing to pay extra for it. The balcony and huge terrace was also very nice.

Super appartement

Fijn appartement. Was te warm om in het stapelbed te liggen dus we sliepen op de bank in de kamer. Locatie is super, appartement en zwembad ook, enige wat ontbreekt is airco en dat hadden we eigenlijk wel nodig. Er waren wel ventilatoren maar zonder airco was bijna niet te doen

Excellent Holidays - Anthony was a great host

From the initial contact with Anthony till we left the apt, we enjoyed every moment of our stay at CoralMar building. The 2 beds were perfect for our kids (5 and 4 yrs) and we had the option of having breakfast inside the apt or at the terrace. Most of the times, we enjoyed the open view from the terrace to either lunch or breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and so close from Cala Tarida. Also, our kids spent a lot of time at the swimming pool. The one for kids is a great option!!! Anthony, thank you for all your help during our stay at Ibiza. We Will remember these holidays for ever...

Bell’appartamento con piscina vicino alla spiaggia ma camera da letto troppo piccola.

L’appartamento ha rispettato le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni in due adulti e due adolescenti. Appartamento ben pulito con cucina completamente equipaggiata, comodo angolo salotto, bagno con doccia e terrazzo molto grande con un secondo frigorifero estremamente utile. Grande soddisfazione per la grande piscina utilizzabile fino alle 23 e la vicinanza alla bella spiaggia di Cala Tarida e ai principali servizi. Unica pecca la camera da letto (2x2) e i letti a castello un po’ sacrificati nel corridoio.

Satisfait. Bon rapport qualité prix logement pour Ibiza

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances avec mes enfants dans cette résidence calme. Bien que l'appartement soit modeste, il est bien équipé et confortable. On s'y sent bien. C'est un des logements sur Ibiza les moins chers à cette période estivale. Les plus: - vaisselle et drap/serviette fournies - livres français à disposition sur étagère - grande terrasse (sport le matin avec les enfants) dont une partie ombragée pour déjeuner - piscine agréable et cadre sympa - suivi du propriétaire (agréable) Les moins: - barbecue HS (donc pas de grillades - je l'ai signalé au propriétaire) - douche usée avec des tâches (mais propre, je l'ai nettoyée à mon arrivée mais les tâches ne partent pas) - pas de porte de séparation entre la chambre parentale et le couloir occupé par deux lits jumeaux

Well-located, small but cosy and practical appartment; very good!

This small but well-equipped appartment offered the perfect accomodation for our one week trip to Ibiza. The cosy place is superbly located in Cala Tarida, with a supermarket very close by, a swimming pool that was enjoyed by the kids every day and a spacious terrace. There is plenty of parking space and it was a good basis for daytrips to the numerous, stunning bays and beaches in the vicinity. WIFI was poor, and only worked on the far end of the big terrace. The bedroom and the bed itself is quite small, so when you are two big adults it hardly fits. And it is hard to cool the bedroom. The bunk for the kids is fine, as long as they are not to big. But you’ll be away most of the time and the terrace is a perfecy place to have you breakfast, for diner and drinks. I would recommend to stay here!

Buena ubicación y buen trato

El apartamento está bien ubicado, puedes moverte en coche por las playas mas bonitas que hay cerca. El apartamento es sencillo pero confortable y con una gran terraza. El trato con el propietario muy bien.
