Independent apartment air-conditioned because strong heat heat kind sometimes, and well heated in winters. Ideal for a couple for more comfort or 1 couple with 1 or 2 children, close to all shops (bakery, fruit and vegetable futures 1mn walk, Intermarché 5 minutes walk, the beach is 5 minutes by car, 11 minutes from Capbreton, and 22mn Bayonne, bike path to the sea and others.
Activities: Labenne Zoo, Surf School, Aquatic Landes, beaches, Robinson Park, Orx Marsh Nature Reserve, Dune and Water, Reptilarium ...
-The rental is from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August

Nous avons choisi de nous installer à Labenne pour sa situation idéale entre l’océan, la forêt et la campagne. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et très pratique : tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Vous êtes à deux pas des commerces, des pistes cyclables, et à quelques minutes seulement des plages, de Capbreton, Hossegor et Bayonne. C’est un lieu de vie agréable, entre nature et proximité des lieux touristiques.

Notre appartement est entièrement indépendant, confortable et climatisé, parfait pour un couple en quête de calme et de confort. Il se distingue par son jardin agréable, son bassin à carpes apaisant, son bon niveau d’équipement, et sa situation pratique, à proximité des commerces et des pistes cyclables.
Le logement dispose d’un grand lit (160x200), d’une cuisine bien équipée, et vous bénéficiez d’un accès à la piscine, située devant notre terrasse (et non devant le studio), dans un cadre décoré avec soin .
