In a beautiful new residence, located 200m from the beach and shops, this three-room apartment of 75m welcomes you for a great holiday at the seaside. It consists of a spacious living room with a dining area and sitting area (large sofa corner facing the park of the residence, flat screen TV, DVD player, HIFI ...). A fully equipped kitchen allows you to feel at home with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine ...). The living room and kitchen open onto a lovely terrace dive in the greenery of the park of the residence (1st prize at the parks and gardens of the PACA region!). The sleeping area has two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (90x190) and a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub.
The apartment is rented with a closed and private garage.
Enjoy the swimming pool of the residence, unless you prefer the sandy beach which is only 200m as shops and restaurants.
The center of St Raphael is 10 minutes by car or bus. Everything can be done on foot from the residence (bus and train nearby)

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Bel appartement bien équipée, avec piscine dans la résidence à 200 m de de plage, des commerces et restaurants. Conciergerie très efficace et réactive Attention au parking intérieur, un suv ne rentre pas. Les moustiques le soir nous incitent à dîner à l’intérieur, dommage Pas trop de réseau internet

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft

Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Mit Stand Up Paddle etwas umständlich aber mit Bollerwagen ging es ganz gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön. Bei der Küchenausstattung war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Beschreibung für den Safe hat gefehlt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben.Man hat alles gehabt was man braucht.War alles da.Die komunikation mit der Agentur war super.Die Klimaanlage war defekt.Die Agentur hat deshalb Ventilatoren reingestellt.Selbe Effekt.Im ganzen war alles SUPER.Ausser mit dem Portalanbieter feWo war die kommunikation sehr schlecht.Die kommunikation Online als es noch gespächsbedarf gab vor dem Urlaub gab ,gab es nicht.Immer technische Probleme.Telefonisch mit den Mitarbeitern zu sprechen.war grotten schlecht.Kaum Deutsch kentnisse.Ist auf das Problem überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Gottseidank hat trotzdem alles geklappt.

Appartement "comme à la maison"

A part un petit cafouillage lors de notre arrivée (nous n'étions pas attendu) tout était parfait. L'appartement moderne, calme (en avril) et lumineux comporte tout ce dont nous avions besoin en terme de confort, notamment la cuisine (équipements, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge). Literie confortable. La terrasse bien orientée nous a permis de profiter des quelques éclaircies. Vue agréable sur le parc qui est clôturé, les enfants peuvent s'y amuser tranquillement. Petit garage mais pratique pour y mettre les vélos. A 5 min à pied des restos, plage, boulangerie. Je recommande sans hésitation

Un appartement idéal!

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement calme, lumineux, propre et très bien agencé. Accès direct privatif au logement, belle terrasse sur le parc, tout le confort nécessaire, proximité de la plage (5 minutes à pied) et des commerces, tous les ingrédients ont été là pour un séjour ensoleillé et reposant!

Beau séjour
