Perfect Place for WEC Shows

This property was exactly as described and the host very accomodating. Clean, convenient, comfortable & cozy! Our Party of 4 stayed here while showing at the World Equestrian Center for a 4-day show. The property location was just a few minutes away from the WEC and the beautiful, serene setting was a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place when in Wilmington. See you next year!

Quiet and cozy

ACute and clean space, with quiet countryside appeal. Just a few minutes down the road from WEC making trips back and forth super easy. Heath and Trish are fantastic hosts, they were great to work with even accommodated a few last minute requests I had during the stay. The unit is well appointed and I would definitely stay again!

オーナー : Heath Fetter

Heath is a local realtor; he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.

We have lived in this quiet and safe country setting for 20 plus years. Although the unit is located adjacent to our home on our private property, you will have your own private living quarters, entrance, and deck to enjoy the beautifully landscaped property with a pond view. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 1.3 miles, with a quick 2 min drive for your convenience.

For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 1.3 miles, with a quick 2 min drive for your convenience. We take pride in our properties and hope that you enjoy your stay and will book with us again at one of 6 properties.
